Everything was great! The apartment is nice, clean, and very comfortable. The support team responds

Everything was great! The apartment is nice, clean, and very comfortable. The support team responds incredibly fast, which is a huge plus. The only minor downside was that there were only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for a 7-day stay for two adults. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!

Thank you for sharing your experience, Hleb. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the clean and comfortable apartment, and that our support team's responsiveness was a standout aspect of your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the toilet paper supply. Ensuring our guests have everything they need is important to us, and we are currently reviewing our stocking procedures to prevent this oversight in the future. We're thrilled you had a wonderful time overall and appreciated your recommendation! GuestReady Team
