Arizona vacation

very nice property in a great location. Unfortunately fishing was not good due to an algae bloom in that area. Fish migrated to other areas. but it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion in the desert

Bren and Nat make it easy to enjoy the desert by anticipating needs. Shaded patio is a great spot. House design allows three separate activity areas. Great for families, reunions. Good location near everything. Four comfy beds. We’re already talking about another visit.

The best!

We had an amazing stay at the house! We had small children through grandparents and the house and property were perfect for everyone. We used the barbecue and the pedal boat at the house and also used one of the community pools. We also spent a lot of time on the back patio overlooking the lakes and took some nice walks around the lakes. The house was clean and well equipped and the hosts were great.

Ideal location

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Easy on/off major highways, close to airport. The house had a wonderful patio which had access to a man made lake. Quiet location for relaxing after a day of activity. The inside was as advertised, many bedrooms with space to move around. The interior was a bit dated but well equipped. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful.

Perfect spot for a stay in Phoenix

This house was perfect and exactly as the listing showed. The neighborhood feels safe with lots of people out walking and riding bikes. We were very comfortable with a mixed group of family and friends. The two living rooms and tv in each bedroom meant there was plenty of entertainment without crowding into one room. Pond was very entertaining for the 12 year olds, the encountered nice neighbors while out on the boat. We will definitely stay here again. It was such easy freeway access we were quickly able to get to all our fun adventures.

Great location

We had 6 adults, and 7 kids stay at the property. There was ample space for all of us. Plenty of air mattresses, sheets, bedding, pillows and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the property is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The kids enjoyed fishing and using the paddleboat. We did not use the community pools, but we drove by, and they looked very nice. There is a really nice walking trail through the area and around the lakes. The pictures accurately depict the property and Bren was excellent to work with.

Great space, great location!

We truly enjoyed our small (5 of us) family gathering at Dobson Ranch! The location is great with easy access to the freeway. Bren was great about communication and explanations. The kitchen is well supplied and there were plenty of towels for kitchen and bath! Our kids and grandson enjoyed the community pool and there is a nice walking path and some fun playgrounds in the community! Perfect for our needs!

Az Bike Week

the house was in great shape, the owner's have treated it well and hope to get the opportunity to get back and enjoy the back patio on the water. Each day after long rides up North to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, relaxing on the patio made it perfect. Basically, we rented the patio and a great house came with it!

Winter in Mesa

the property was everything that we expected the location was perfect only 15 minutes at the most away from places to see best was just sitting on the dock watching people across the canal walking their dogs saying hello and the wild life turtles ducks and cranes made you think life is not so bad had all items that we needed for a week get a away from winter and life everything was clean and prepared for us to just unpack

Sister getaway

Rented the house with four bedrooms to accommodate senior sisters and spouses. We literally enjoyed the home and accommodation. Bedrooms set up to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Host communicated promptly and had our best interests. We are enticed to return.

This was a perfect set up for a large family. The owner answered messages promptly.

This property was very peaceful with the patio being right on the canal of water. It was a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and plenty of blankets, towels and needed items provided. A wonderful experience.

Fantastic!

We had a large group in town for a race. The property was perfect for our number of folks and had such a homey feel. It was in a great location, close to many different stores if we needed anything! Bren was really quick to respond to any questions that I had about our stay and the check in process was seamless! We really enjoyed the comfort of the home while we were there and the backyard was beautiful!
