In Laclede Idaho, located 11 miles from Sandpoint. The property is on a secluded private road that is easily accessible from highway 2. This 4000 square foot home features 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, a billiards room, workout room and beautiful lanai and gazebo on the water's edge. Enjoy stunning views from 2 separate decks. There is a private dock that can accommodate several boats and the public boat ramp is only a mile away.

Life on the lake

This turned out to be the perfect place for our family to gather. The setting was breath taking, the house met all our needs and everyone loved staying on priest river. The house provides lots of options to gather; the dock, the living space, the two decks with amazing views and the grassy lawn areas for croquet. No one wanted to leave after our week of exploring the area, playing and relaxing on the river and just hanging out. It was a great place to have our dog. The yard is unobtrusively fenced so no need to worry. A truly lovely home in a great setting.

Beautiful Location

We had an amazing time at this well maintained home. The main event at this place is obviously the river. The house is perfectly situated with beautiful views from the kitchen and from two decks. The backyard includes and expansive rolling lawn that leads down to a large tiered stoned patio area and gazebo adjacent to the water. The dock is large and well maintained. We spent most of our time enjoying the water. We also had fun with the pool table, yard toys (badminton and whiffle ball), and we watched several movies selected from the huge selection of DVDs available at the house. The house is well appointment. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving everyone.

Lovely Amenities in a Stunning Setting!

We had a perfect weekend stay on the river! The property owner is also the manager, and she met us upon arrival to show us all around the large waterfront home. Each room is perfectly appointed (she told us that she personally decorated the home - it's beautiful) and it feels comfortable. You walk in and want to either just sink into one of the couches to take in the view, or run outside down to the water and jump in. I don't know if there is a picture of it, but the upstairs great room even has exercise equipment if one feels like working out on vacation...not me! The home has a huge movie collection which is a fun addition. Downstairs has a pool table, bar, and awesome fireplace, so great if there is a rainy afternoon. The fact that there is an attached mother in law unit is amazing. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. Great to separate little kids who need to nap or teenagers that the parents need a break from :D We hope to come back again next year!
