The bustling town of Hastings (6.5 miles) is packed with things for kids and adults alike, with the Smugglers Adventure caves, funicular railways, arcades and the aquarium, while relaxed beach days can be enjoyed at Camber Sands (17.5 miles).

Step through the front door into the welcoming hallway, and head into the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen. This stylish space is ideal for whipping up group feasts, grabbing your favourite coffee, and perching at the breakfast bar for a morning catch-up. Just off the kitchen is the bright dining room with space for ten guests. When you need to unwind, the snug invites you to flop onto a sofa and stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The main lounge is made for sociable evenings, with loads of seating, a wood burner, and another Smart TV for movie marathons. Steal a few private moments in the large conservatory and soak up views of the garden with a glass of something chilled. At bedtime, you'll find a cosy king-size bedroom on the ground floor, with a handy downstairs WC nearby.
