Set among citrus groves near Coral Bay, Villa Kotsias is a serene 3-bedroom retreat with a private pool, garden, and panoramic sea-mountain views. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests with comfort and privacy in mind.

• Spacious lounge with flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and writing desk.
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining table with coffee station, full-size fridge, and oven.
• 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, soundproof windows, modern furnishings, and ample closet space.
• Two bathrooms with bathtub/shower combo plus hairdryers and bath amenities.
Outdoors
• Private 9m × 5m swimming pool + separate kids’ pool (2m × 2m × 0.45m deep).
