'Peyia View' is a newly renovated & luxurious 3 storey villa set in the beautiful hills of Peyia, on the southwest coast of Cyprus. Just 500m from the amenities of the village centre 'Peyia View' is a haven of tranquillity waiting to be discovered.

Ground Floor

Entrance door leads to ground floor accomodation which comprises 4 of the bedrooms, en-suite to master and family bathroom

Master bedroom with king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and newly fitted en-suite as well as access to long balcony with lovely views out to Sea

Family bathroom has newly fitted shower, wc and wash hand basin

First Floor

The first floor accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area with balconies either side allowing for sun or shade as desired. The balconies have table and chairs and afford wonderful views in either direction

Kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine & microwave. 

Dining Area with table and 6 chairs

Living Area with large sofa with large flat screen smart tv. Netflix and IPTV included. Amazing Views to the coast and sea from this area

Lower Ground Studio is accessed separately with sunny patio. 2 loungers, table, outdoor clothes dryer

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia (Peigeia). 'Peyia View' has a delightful position on the hillside in Peyia overlooking the surrounding valley and out to Sea.

The village of Peyia (in walking distance of approximately 600m) is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees.

The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!


Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.

If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

''Absolutely lovely villa!

We had an amazing holiday and we're gutted to be home and back to the bad British weather

Brilliant location. We always stay in Peyia, but this year we were able to walk into the village, which was a bonus.

Highly recommend the Blue Lagoon trip from Latchi. We love going to Samisen for the live cooking — always a good night. Our favourite meal this year was at The Peyia Tavern — food was amazing and such good value (we went home with a doggy bag!). We also love the Grande and their large glasses of wine. Sense Beach Bar is also one of our faves for cocktails and lunch, and their beach is lovely too. This year we ventured out to Riccos Beach to see the piglets and Cabana Beach in Yeroskipou — would definitely recommend!

We were very satisfied with the service from LetsRentOnline.Com, and 100% happy with the communication and service from the local managers. We had a problem with the WiFi whilst we were away, and it was sorted ASAP by Aimee who was really helpful and lovely.

If I had one suggestion, it would be that a lamp in the lounge would be nice for evenings.

100% intend to come back next year — can’t wait! We’ll probably stick to Cyprus and not rent a villa elsewhere in the next couple of years.
