Once inside, you're welcomed by an inviting open-plan living space where clean lines, warm textures and soft, natural tones create an immediate sense of ease. The lounge features a generous sofa, additional seating, Smart TV with Freeview, Bluetooth speaker and DAB radio, while large patio doors open out onto a private deck. With glimpses of the River Dart and an outdoor dining set, it’s an idyllic spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks.
The contemporary kitchen is centrally placed, making it convenient to entertain from. Children: We do welcome children but please note the beds do not split so would have to share a bed.
Mobility: Given the Apartment is on the first floor, we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
External Furniture: Soft furnishings are provided from Easter to end of September. Outside of this period the furniture and chairs are 'naked'.
Rental Conditions: Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Dartmouth. Its location is incredibly convenient—just off the main road—making it easy to drive out and explore all that Devon has to offer without any hassle.
The flat itself is exactly as described in the listing: clean, modern, and clearly very well maintained. Everything felt new and thoughtfully arranged. The décor is beautiful, creating a bright and welcoming space that’s perfect for relaxing after a day out.
One of the highlights was the large balcony, which offers a lovely view and a great spot to unwind. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
