日当たりの良いエルクホーンの素晴らしいロケーションに居心地の良い家！ スキー、ハイキング、サイクリングへのアクセス。季節限定のElkhorn Associationのアメニティ（テニス、水泳、ホットタブ、ゴルフ）が含まれます。 通勤バスのシャトルは通りの向かいにあり、サンバレー周辺各地へ行くことができます。 私たちは3年前に同じ通りに家を借りて恋に落ちた。

全部で5つの寝室、3つの浴場、2つの駐車場があります。 3つのベッドルームは2階にあります：2つのキングサイズベッドと2つの二段ベッド付きの3つ目。 2つのバスルームも2階にあります。 階下にはさらに2つのベッドルームがあります。1つはクイーンサイズベッド、もう1つは引き出し式のクイーンサイズソファーです。 階下に1つのバスルームがあります。

House was perfect for another year and accommodated 9 of us well. Oleg's welcome instructions were helpful and appreciate him getting us access passes to local hot pool which we enjoyed a few times.

Everything was great. Close to town and slopes with a car. Kitchen was what we needed. Didn't know what a Jura coffee machine was, but fell in love with it. Gas fireplace was cool. More than enough space. Host very responsive. If you are relying on the bus, might be tough, I didn't see many of them. A few deck chairs would have been nice because it was so sunny and warm. Beautiful spot

Super simple and problem free stay. No issues, other than the coffee machine was smarter than me. I am sure in the right hands it can make some great coffee. No worries because they also have an old school drip maker(bring your own ground coffee). The house is well equipped, plenty of parking, and great location less than 10 min drive to downtown Ketchum.

Great location. Nestled at the foot of the mountain and only a few miles from Sun Valley ski area, couldn’t ask for more. Comfortable furniture while equipped would stay there again.

Comfortable Mountain Getaway

Property was comfortable for 10 adults and provided everything we needed. Having access to the Elkhorn hot pool was a popular bonus.

Great location, within 7 min from Bald Mountain. The kids were bummed there isn’t the hockey dome game like pictured so maybe post updated pictures. Another thing would be have the passes to access the hot tub ready on day one vs us finding out we need a pass and then having to wait a day for it. Another thing would be have enough toilet paper for the week for the number of individuals staying. We lasted two days with the stock provided. I just think if we are paying that much then toilet paper should be provided. We wish more pots, pans and utensils were available, as it would have made cooking for a large amount of people easier. Overall, it was a good place to stay and snowboard.

Elkhorn Retreat

We had a great time staying in this home. It's conveniently close to the river run lifts and Ketchum. The home is comfortable and with the two levels, allows for a family to spread out. It backs up to the mountain so the back yard is somewhat private with the exception of the side neighbors. It's a great place and we would definitely stay here again.

Great time

Wonderful location well stocked home. Only funky thing is the bunk room needs to go down the stairs to use the bathroom. We had adult children on there so no a problem. Hosts were responsive and communicated well all expectations. Very enjoyable stay.

Very Nice Home

We spent 3 nights in this home. There were 11 of us. We were very comfortable. The home was well stocked and in great shape. An extra 1/2 bath would have been perfect but we managed. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Great house in Elkhorn

This house was wonderful. Lots of room and big yard up against the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with high end dishes and appliances. We especially enjoyed the expresso machine. The location was great with a walking/bike path right down the street. The only drawback was the sofa bed in the den. It is quite short and will only fit one short adult or two small children. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay, wonderful place!

We had a small group of figure skating families stay at this property to train at the Sun Valley rink. The home was so very well appointed with everything we needed for the week. We loved the location, with its hillside view, spacious back yard and close proximity to beautiful walking trails and to the skating rinks. We enjoyed using the fire pit for s'mores one night & the skaters were grateful to have use of the community pool & hot tub after a long day of training. Everything in the place was clean, modern & comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and he answered questions quickly. Overall we had an amazing time and we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful House and Location

The location of this house was perfect! Nestled in the Elkhorn Gulch, the surroundings were peaceful and private. We easily could get into town (Ketchum) within 10 minutes or less and was also near several hiking and biking trails. The house itself was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, dishes/glassware, laundry room, nice towels and bedding. And our family of seven had more than enough room to sleep in and have meals together. But the best thing was the communication with the owner. He responded to all my inquiries immediately and made sure that we had what we needed to enjoy our stay!

Comfortable and family friendly!

Traveling to be with family, especially adding young children can present all sorts of surprises and challenges. Your home was kid friendly and so well equipped. It was easy to cook, spread out and have group time or quiet time. With the snowy backyard, the kids (all ages!) loved sledding! Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Stay

Thank you for a great stay. Communication was easy and clear. The house is as described and was a wonderful place for my family. It in a convenient location to downtown Ketchum and the ski resort. It backs to a beautiful mountain in Elkhorn where my kids enjoyed sledding. I highly recommend the house.

We visited Sun Valley for the first time 3 years ago and stayed on the same street as our house. We loved everything about it and ended up with a second home there.

Close to everything Ketchum town has to offer, but just outside to give you a feeling of being away from it all. The house backs up to BLM government land, giving you endless mountain trails to explore from our backyard.
