The property includes 8 bedrooms with 16 beds with new extra large Treca beds 180 cm by 200 cm and 29 cm thick 5 * hotel, 4 bathrooms with walk-in showers, 4 separate WCs.
A living room of 110 m2 with fireplace and large openings to the park and the swimming pool.

The proximity to the center of Aix en Provence will allow you to enjoy all the charms of this city of water and art.

Ideally located in the heart of Provence, you can discover the Luberon and its castles, Avignon and its Palais des Papes, Marseille and its creeks, the Camargue and its flamingos, the French Riviera, ...

Lieu magnifique. J'ai organisé une réunion pour mon équipe. Belle demeure avec un parc arboré . Endroit parfait pour se concentrer mais aussi s'évader. Cela change des hôtels.... Très propre, soigné. La literie est excellente. Je recommande et j'y reviendrais :)

Very Nice

This house worked out well for 3 different families vacationing together. The beds were very comfortable and the owner contacted us by email to see how we would like the bedrooms configured between 1 king or 2 twins which was very convenient. The pool and outdoor areas worked great. It's close location to Aix was great. It was a very short drive to the airport, to local wineries, to restaurants. It sits on a large tract of land with trees and bushes creating a sense of privacy.

Licht und Schatten

+ großes Haus mit großzügigem Salon, inkl. riesigem Fernseher (wer ihn braucht), Betten in den Zimmern für französische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet, Küche mit Amerikanischem Kühlschrank, , Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd (3 Kochplatten), Gasgrill, wirklich großer, tiefer Pool, Tischtennistisch, Liegen in ausreichender Anzahl, Waschmaschine 1. Stock des Hauses sehr schön ( 4 Doppelzimmer, 1 Bad für 3DZ, 1Bad für 1 DZ da im Zimmer, aber nur 1Toilette für 4 DZ, 2. Toilette im EG) - zuwenig Schatten, eine überdachte Terasse, die nicht benützbar war, weil seit sichtbar langer Zeit nicht gereinigt (Spinnweben, übrige zerbrochene Gartenlaternen, verschimmelte Sitzgruppe), die Wände des Swimmingpools algig (was mangelndem Chlor geschuldet war), Küche außen hui, v.a. Backrohr und Kühlschrank aber des längeren schon ungereinigt, 2 kleine Zubauten des Hauses, die übrigens nur übers Freie betreten werden können: 1 von den 2 Toiletten war nur durch ein SZ zu betreten, 1 Doppelbett war 30 cm von der Waschmaschine entfernt, ein 2. Zimmer hatte keinen Kasten, dafür aber eine unfertige Küchenzeile, Zimmer der Zubauten erweckten bei mir den Anschein des Provisoriums, so als ob Betten dort nur dann aufgestellt werden würden, falls das Haus wider Erwarten mit 16 Personen voll belegt wäre, Bäder im Zubau waren verschimmelt, 1 Bad und 1 Toilette im Zubau konnte nur durch ein SZ betreten werden, nur 1 Toilette im 1. Stock für 4 DZ, nur 2 Schlüssel. Fazit: Schönes großes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche auf großem Grundstück und großzügigem Swimmingpool mit deutlichen Mängeln in der Sauberkeit und Wartung und unterschiedlicher Zimmerqualtität und tw. sehr ungünstiger Aufteilung Toiletten/Badezimmer.

Bella grande ma migliorabile

In 4 famiglie abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nel periodo di fine anno 2015. La casa è ben posizionata per poter visitare la Provenza. I proprietari disponibili. Gli spazi della casa sono parzialmente descritti nell'annuncio, perché le 8 camere sono distribuite 4 al piano superiore e 4 in due dependance ma non tutte abbastanza grandi e con accesso dall'esterno. I wc sono uno in ogni dependance, un al piano terra e solo uno al piano superiore che serve per 4 stanze. L'arredamento, accattivante in foto, è tutto Ikea style e non perfettamente montato: in cucina i pannelli al muro dietro i fuochi solo solo appoggiati e non ancorati al muro e possono cadere. L'attrezzatura da cucina è un po' carente (non c'è lo scolapasta...ma siamo in Francia). Non abbiamo potuto usufruire molto della parte esterna per motivi climatici ma la piscina è molto bella e ben attrezzata con lettini.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end!!! Nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. La bastide est magnifique, fonctionnelle et spacieuse, notamment pour accueillir plusieurs familles. C'est une maison idéale pour passer un bon séjour au calme entre amis. Elle est idéale pour les enfants, la piscine est sécurisé, et les enfants ont un parc immense pour jouer. Merci encore aux propriétaires!!
