This house is a home from home, recently decorated and comfortable for up to five guests. The downstairs boasts an entrance with cloakroom toilet, a coat stand and iron/ironing board. The main living room has a three-piece suit and flat screen TV with apps for you to use. The kitchen has an American style freezer, coffee maker, instant coffee/tea for your arrival, a dining table and washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has blackout curtains and an ensuite shower room with toilet and the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom, with a bath tub and toilet. There is a hose on the bath to help with showering hair but if guests want a shower, it would be using the master ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds and blackout curtains and the third has a small double (4 ft bed) for one adult. Each room has a suitcase rack, bedside table and lamp and paper waste bin. The third bedroom has a drawer unit for storing clothes, while bedrooms one and two have wardrobes with hanging space.
Outside space:
There is off road parking for two cars. The garden has a decking area with a picnic table and an area of grass. The garden also houses the four bins. Guests are asked to recycle using the blue and green bins and to put non-recyclable waste into the black bin provided. There is also a small food bin for food waste, which can be collected in the bin under the kitchen sink in a bag. The fourth large brown bin in the garden is for owner use and grass cuttings only.
Local area:
The property is conveniently situated close to transport links, including a bus route on the next road, 3 miles from the centre of town, with shops, restaurants and walks by the River Ness. Inverness Cathedral, Castle and Theatre are also in town. There is a local leisure centre with water park and activities. There is crazy golf, an ice rink and other amenities close to the River. The hospital is only 5 minutes from the property. Supermarkets Tesco superstore, Aldi and B&M can be found less than a mile away at Inshes Retail Park, where there are also cafes and eating places, such as McDonald's, Costa, in Dunelm and a local church where visitors are made most welcome.
