The view from the balcony overlooked the beach and city landscape. It was great having our morning coffee, late afternoon snack as well as late night relax moments before bed. The unit was clean, spacious and orderly. The complex was also very clean and everyone very friendly, courteous and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

The people at the front desk were very rude at times. At check-out they told us to wait in a line, and then after waiting 10 minutes told us to wait in another long line just to check out. There were no apologies, it was like they enjoyed having power over the guests.

Great condo, but in a very busy building

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner/manager was very communicative and friendly, and the unit and building are nice.Pros: this unit was on a high floor (17th) with nice views of the ocean and causeway. It was clean, and had plenty of room for my family of 4. The building has very good security, is well-decorated, has a restaurant/bar, and a cool swimming pool on the 9th floor with views. Cons: the building is very active. Check-in was painful. May just be the summer season. But it was often chaotic. Many times we had to wait upwards of ten minutes just to catch an elevator. Sometimes you wait only to find the elevator is full. Then more waiting. You are also forced to valet your car, at prices ranging from 30-35/day. No self parking. The valet area can also be insane - you also have to give yourself padding before requesting your car. Usually 20 minutes. There is also a 40/day "resort fee," and you do not really get any extras for that price. Yes, you have access to two beach chairs, but you are packed into rows like sardines. The building is also militaristic - you get a wristband instead of a room key, and have to have it on at all times in public spaces. Lose one? A fee. You also get a towel card. Lose it? A fee. Don't return a towel before the pool closes? Fee. Not exactly relaxing.Again, decent stay. Great communication. The condo itself is nice, but the building is not a calm oasis, in summer at least. Just know that going in.

This unit was exactly as described. We had no issues with check in and the beds are comfortable. Despite other reviews about slow elevators, we had no problems. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the kitchen supplies. 2 of the knives should have been tossed out as they were broken and unsafe. There was also no oven safe dishes to cook in, and only one paper towel roll was provided - id rather have had a dish towel for kitchen clean up. Overall it was great and Id definitely go back.

relaxing long weekend with friends

Wanted a nice short getaway with a couple friends. The main things we hoped for was a nice beach and poolside experience with balcony and view. Everything was great and as hoped.

Will never recommend this condo

1. Condo floor dirty, sticky and cheap 2. 4 elevators for 41 floors - 1st 2 weeks 1 out of order 3. Talked to front desk about several issues, told can't do anything... someone will call. Never got call 4. Guest room full size beds had king size linen that poor quality and hung over floor 5. Pillows were filthly, hard and smelled 6.washing machine left black marks on clothes. - 3 shirts ruined

Family vacation

We had a great experience, but at the same time there were issues that were not addressed on the website. The refrigerator was leaking, the microwave didn’t work which we were never told about even though there was a second microwave. Because of the city shutdown, water was yellow and the air wasn’t working until the next morning when the property management came to the site. Little piece of soap even to start with for 5 people is not enough. For the price that is asked, there is definitely should be more then just the normal. The view was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony overlooking the ocean and swimming pool on the 9th floor. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Disappointed with stay, listing and unwillingness of property manager to correct issue

- fraudulent listing - Listing states 1 King bed and both bedrooms had FULL beds I reached out to property manager that same night of check in and not until 9am the following morning did I receive a message stating We are sorry if there was a confusion, in the description of the listing must say that is a queen size bed, not a king. *** note the description said 1 KING BED I have the screenshot which I could not attach to this review. My response was : Actually, The bed is a FULL size not a even a queen. This is a huge inconvenience for me and a misrepresentation of what was sold to me. Your listing says King bed and that’s not what I paid for. I don’t book any hotels that don’t have a king. I’m extremely disappointed as I have booked a total of 5 nights here and need to know how you can correct this issue? No response… CRICKETSSSS until the day of my checkout giving me checkout instructions. not only that but there were red fire ants coming out of couches and around the apartment. Look elsewhere and don’t bother with this property manager, she obviously wants to take your money and doesn’t care that she is misrepresenting her accommodations on her rental and inconveniencing customers, no offer to correct issue and front desk could not assist as this was an owned Unit where the owner was the one that needed to resolve.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed every day. The apartment is beautiful, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need, the view is stunning. The building itself is very clean and nice, the restaurant on site, security, 2 chairs and umbrella (more upon availability) are included in hotel fee, but those are stocked in the apartment too. We had a great time, when we return to Miami, we’ll definitely book this property again.

Beautiful!

My friend and I went for my 37th birthday, I wanted a big balcony with a great view and that’s exactly what I got! The place was really clean and neat, we loved having our own bathrooms to get ready in, the shower was amazing, in the morning it took 10-15 mins for the water to get hot but not a big deal…the property manager was great and promptly answered any questions I had… I can’t get over the large balcony and view it was perfect! I saw a lot of reviews about the elevators taking forever in the resort so I was worried about that but we didn’t have any issues at all, it was pretty quick every time. The hotel staff were just ok. Not very friendly or helpful when trying to get your beach chairs or towels and we got to the beach at 3 pm and they were closed on Friday, I guess if we realized that would happen we would have brought the chairs provided in our condo. we heard lots of sirens the whole time we were there so I didn’t love the location and probably wouldn’t have stayed in Hallandale I thought it was closer to the Hollywood beach broadwalk but the view and everything else made up for it. Great place to stay nice and spacious and an amazing view!

Family trip

The property was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed to have an amazing trip. The pool area is beautiful as well as the proximity to the beach. The location was easy to get to and from without a rental car. We had a couple of questions once we got there and they were quickly answered. We would definitely go back!
