Guest House is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, (whole house) located in a quiet neighborhood on acreage and is one of seven properties the owner markets on this vacation rental site. It is a very clean, nicely furnished cottage, smoke/vape-free, pet/animal-free, central heating/air, with free off-street parking, and is located 10 minutes from downtown Fairhope.
Property is conveniently located to all the main attractions of the Gulf Coast area. Only 20 minutes from Alabama's newest amusement park (OWA), and Tanger Shopping Mall. House is near the H. L. Sonny Callahan public use airport; just 5 minutes to salt and freshwater fishing, 8 minutes to Quail Creek golf course, 30 minutes to the sugar-white Gulf Shores beaches, 30 minutes to Mobile, Alabama and less than an hour to Pensacola, Florida. The property is boat friendly, and free public boat launches are readily available. Golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, salt and freshwater fishing, kayaking, and boating are all popular activities in Fairhope. Furnishings include 1 queen-size bed, over-the-stove microwave, washer/dryer. This property also features free off-street parking, a spacious patio with a pergola and swing in a secluded yard.

Unit was super clean, like you could eat off the floors...not a speck of dirt anywhere. We were close to Fairhope, but out of the hustle and bustle. Very quiet and peaceful setting and property. The only thing I would change is a mattress. We are use to memory foam, and it was hard to sleep on the bed for us. Couch and recliner slept great though.

Sorry you had to find a problem with the mattress; no one else has reported discomfort with it. In fact most guests are appreciative of the hospitality and amenities I provide. As I recall, your husband stated you were not happy with the well known 5 star restaurant you dined at either. I will continue to make my guests as comfortable as I can. Quiet country place
Great location in country. Convenient to gulf shore, Foley and Fairhope. Tessie was there to greet us and had supplies to get us started …including fresh eggs for our breakfast in.

My week stay here was great. The cottage was quite relaxing and the perfect spot for all the places that I explored. Tessie was great upon meeting her and with the communication we had. I would definitely stay her again.

Guest House in Fairhope, AL
The Guest House was very clean and conveniently located near Fairhope. Ms. Tessie, the owner, was very friendly. She answered any questions we had, which made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

A quaint home away from home with a feel of Tuscany

Tessie was very informative about attractions and events in the ares.
The bungalow was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped.

Home away from home
Tessie made us feel very welcome and the guest house was clean and everything we needed for our stay. I feel so relaxed when i stay here.

Perfect Fairhope place to stay!!
Our stay at Tessie's property was perfect! The unit was clean, and so much better than a hotel room. Everything was exactly as described and Tessie is an awesome host, wishing we had more time to chat with her. Prefect VRBO experience!!

Beautiful and relaxing
I really enjoyed staying here. I think Tessie has done an amazing job creating this lovely space for guests. I think she is a master at creating beautiful spaces, outdoor and in. I would love to stay there again sometime.

Friendly and informative host. We had a problem with the television, the host took care of it with in an hour. Very good customer care. It was a pleasure to stay at this property.

The property is in a beautiful country setting only minutes to Faithope and the bay. I can't say enough about the quiet and peaceful atmosphere set among lovely flower gardens and a gracious and friendly hostess..it was superb...
