Tranquil 2-bedroom condo in charming Foley close to beaches, Owa and Ballfields!

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit is located in Park Avenue Condominium Complex. Parking is right near your door and there is no parking fee required. It is a low density, well maintained, quiet and relaxing complex. There is a large pool with a kiddie pool, gazebos and restrooms located just behind this unit. Beyond the pool is a large lawn with grill and gazebo. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you will require to prepare a home cooked meal as well as a pantry. A large laundry with full sized washer and dryer is next to the kitchen. The dining area with table and chairs for 6 leads to the living area which has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. Off the living room there is a screened patio with a table and chairs for 4. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has bunk beds with a single on top and a double on the bottom. Both bedrooms have walk in closets, and a flat screen tv. The master has a ceiling fan. The spacious bathrooms have tile flooring and granite vanities.

In the immediate vicinity of this complex are several amenities: Foley Sportsplex, OWA Amusement Park and Tropical Water Park, Tanger Outlet Mall, Gulf Bowl, Foley Railroad Museum, Golf Courses and too many restaurants to name. The beach and Gulf Shores Sportsplex are less than 15 miles away.

This is a very convenient place to stay whether you are coming for Sports Tournaments or just want a less expensive option for the Beach. Either way you will enjoy this unit for its convenient location

Awesome Condo!

We were in town for our daughter’s World Series, and the location of this property was awesome and so close to everything. The condo was very clean and spacious. Would definitely book here again.

Snowmageddon 2025

We were there during “Snowmageddon 2025” and we could not have been “snowed in” in a better place. The condo was comfy, cozy, clean and convenient. Can’t think of a thing we needed that wasn’t provided. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping and recreational activities and only a few miles from the beach. Highly recommend.

Had a bad feeling when we approached the front door. It was dirty & needs major cleaning.Probably a paint job too! As soon as we arrived inside, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. Had to buy plug ins to cover the smell. Glad I brought my Clorox wipes, I had to wipe down the fridge, counters, garbage can & remotes. The whole apartment needs a deep clean & new decor. The toilets are child size & the master shower drain needs attention & a deep clean ! I’m not sure, if Archie & Edith Bunker own this place or children. Bring your own, because the wash cloths & towels were so small (child size) Also very rough. No extras in this unit. The owners need a crash course in property management! We will not be returning.
