Villa Margarita-This Charming Oasis in the Desert is your Get-Away Destination

This is a place for dreamer to reset, reflect, and create. Designed with a slow pace in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making local coffee by drip in the morning, or by relaxing in the SPA and pool surrounded by a starry night sky.
This is 3 BR, 2 and half BA, two story home with three car garage and works well for a group of friends, 2-3 couples, or small families.
While you're staying here, the house will be your private oasis. Feel free to explore the wonderful yard with heated pool , SPA, charming BBQ Island, dinning set and very comfortable Fire Chat Set with TV and Chaise Lounges as well.
The kitchen is beautifully equipped, you can find it almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. A table in the kitchen area. The toaster oven, a microwave, a garbage disposer, a dishwasher,a refrigerator and a freezer and more small appliances.
The TV Room with fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Free Wi-Fi. Four TVs, three Smart TVs with Apple TVs. The Living Room - there is a Leather Sofas Set, a coffee table and a Glass Dining Set. Three Bedrooms with linen and towels, hair dryers as well.
The House is just about 1800 sq. feet and is truly in a perfect location right on the border of La Quinta and Indio "City of Festivals". It's located only 5 minutes from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festivals , Stagecoach Music Festival, National Date Festival, Riverside County Fair, Empire Polo Club as well and many other.
Also, the Home is roughly an 8-minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
This House is very close to many shops( Costco, 99 Cents Store, Smart and Final, Walmart, Stater Bros. Markets, Sprouts Farmer Market, Walgreens, CVS, BevMo!-Wine, beer & Spirits superstore, and many others) and restaurants( Shields Date Garden, Big Rock Pub, Jackalope Ranch, IHOP, Panda Express, Mario's Italian Cafe, Panera Bread, In-N-Out Burger, Mimi's Cafe, Soul of Mexico, Starbucks and many more).
We also have a lot of recommendation to share with our guests with some of our favorite local spots. While we will not be at house during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions!

All Festival bookings are 3 nights minimum ( must be Friday to Monday).
The pool has a heater that is available upon request for an additional $100 per day.(including SPA). Only SPA $25 per day. Both require paying in advance.
Extra guests over your reservation during your stay- additional fee of $100.00 per person per night.

Please note that there is a front entrance camera, and sidewalk cameras. The cameras are there for your protection and mine. There are no private area cameras.

For check-in, we can meet you at the house with some House Rules guidelines to follow in Villa-Margarita, as well as other details to know. Contactless check-in is possible as well.
