På Apollo on the Beach Condo, enhet 1007, har du din egen private premiere øverste etasje balkong med sørvest eksponering, gir en uhindret utsikt over Marco Island vakre 3 1/2 mil hvit sand halvmåne stranden. Enhet 1007 er et soverom / bad, dronning sovesofa, WiFi, og to flatskjerm / DVD-TV. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med kjøleskap, komfyr, oppvaskmaskin og mikrobølgeovn. Sunset Grille, stemte "best happy hour" på øya, ligger i første etasje. Apollo er den eneste leiligheten på Marco Beach som tillater ukentlig leie med bekvemmeligheten av en restaurant på stedet!

Wonderful condo and spectacular views (from both the balcony and living area), just as we were hoping for! The bed was comfy (firm mattress), and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean throughout. We loved the accessibility of the beach and the Sunset Grille. The staff was friendly and helpful. We brought extra soap which was useful. Thank you!

Restful Beach Retreat

The unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We love sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning; the experience felt private and we had unobstructed views.

The condo is perfect for 2 people. View from the balcony is wonderful. Yes Otis and older property that could do for some updates, but we didn’t live in the condo. We always gave stayed at the Apollo with Harborview rentals and it's always a smooth operation. We can't wait to come back again! The Bar/Grill that down stairs is good and convenient. The beach is ha ginger right under our balcony. The pool and spa are very well cared for. We watched a wedding on the beach and lots of night fisherman off South Beach. See you again as soon as possible.MZ

The apartment had everything we needed but should have new bed linen .Other than that everything was very useful ( beach accessories ) Harborview Rental was very nice when we rented another day to stay too. we will like to return again.

Overall would definitely rent again.painting and resurfacing was 8-5 during the week so dusty and noisy. The restaurant was convenient and right on the beach.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent only 6 days (7 nights) there and were mostly satisfied with the location, convenience, check-in/check-out protocol.The only extremely unpleasant surprise was that on the 3rd day of our stay until our departure the condo started a major renovation project - refinishing of the common hallways, involving super-loud and super-dusty grinding.In addition to horrible noise, grinder dust, old pain chips flying everywhere, including the balcony, the doors to both the unit and the storage closet got covered with thick layer of that mixed dust.Sadly, for us that was working vacation during which we needed to spend time in teleconferences, which was disrupted by the noise.The worst part, that we were not warned about this upcoming inconvenience. We paid top dollar for this week of peaceful stay, but ended up not getting what was expected.One would expect that there has to be a deep discount for the time of such an inconvenience, but no. We contacted management company, they informed us that they informed the owner, and that's it. No further communication, that was promised. Nothing to offer for the spoiled vacation time.

Intolerable

It was so bad we left 5 days early. We got zero help from VRBO or the Harborview realty company. We notified Harborview immediately, but should have contacted Vrbo first. The bed frame was broken, the mattress looked as though a murder had been committed on it-urine and semen stains on the mattress pad cover, large stains and what looks like black mold, with huge divots in the mattress. (I have lots of photos) And all of this after my inquiring about needing a good bed, before we booked this unit! They absolutely lied to us! We literally turned the mattress 90 degrees, the wrong way, in order to try to get some rest. Impossible! Our refrigerator died, we lost a lot of money on food we had purchased, the shower leaks, and the laundry machines weren’t in working order. No one cared to call us back or help us. They brought a mattress topper and a frame after two days, but the filthy mattress and the divots couldn’t be fixed with that effort. We have never been so exasperated or felt so alone. Once the refrigerator went out and no one would help, we made a decision to just get out. After spending this much money for 2 weeks, we are absolutely devastated with the waste of our vacation, the cost of purchasing last minute plane tickets, and losing all of our groceries. This was a sad, devastating, and disheartening experience. The people who are managing this unit for the owner are absolutely abusing his trust in them. The unit was filthy. No decent linens in this unit.

Outstanding views

Condo 1007 was located right on beach front. Views were remarkable. We watch the dolphins in the morning from our balcony. It was a very relaxing week. Thank you

Veiw is to die for! Sunset moon ocean veiw the staff safety all is the best!! Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else couldnt save enough money for dolphins the sail boats the white sands !!! Only need a little update in condo not enough to keep me away!! I cry when i leave!!

Great location

The location is right on the beach was wonderful. Unit is a bit outdated but comfortable. Would like to see a rug in the bathroom as floor is very slippery when exiting the shower. A newer coffee maker as well as most people use k cups. Beach chairs that are a bit higher off the ground as well.

Apollo, Marco Island

The unit was very clean, however there were ants in the living room and kitchen area. The bathroom sink was very short and the kitchen needed to be updated. We stayed for 5 day's and they only left one dishwasher soap. The view was amazing. Over all I would give it a 7 out of ten rating.
