2 bedrooms Antibes center - with AC

Comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment on the top floor with lift access, spacious 20 square meter roof top terrace with beautiful views over Port Vauban and charming old town. Ideally located in the heart of the town, with walking distance to old town (5 mins), 3 beaches (10 mins), train station (10 mins), plus shopping and restaurants are all just stone's away. Fast WIFI, the apartment is fully equipped, including sheets and towels, also baby amenities (changing table, high chair, crib). This is the your perfect holiday getaway in French Riviera.

One master bedroom with double bed and sea view at the corner, one bedroom with bunk beds (regular length fits adults), double size sleeper sofa in the living room. Can sleep 6 people.

Terrace is extremely large and bigger than usual apartment rentals in the city center. Facing west with direct sun starting from midday, with large lounge chairs and other seating, it's the perfect place to kick back and enjoy being outside. If you ever complain too much sun in the south of France, it is also equipped with electrical sun roof.

On the other side of the apartment, there is a long balcony with gorgeous sea view and old town view. It is facing east and the perfect place to enjoy croissants and take in the beautiful view in the morning.

All the rooms open to the terrace or the balcony, comfortable breeze from Mediterranean sea keeps the apartment cool and airy.

Out the door, turn left, there is the grocery store a 1/2 block away. Another 1/2 block away, turn left, it it the charming Antibes old town.

The address is 8 avenue Pasteur, Antibes 06600. Look it up on google map to see how close it is to everything! Avenue Pasteur itself is a small street with very few traffic passages, extremely quiet and family friendly neighborhood.

Spacious apartment

This apartment is located close to the train station and in walking distance to old town. We appreciated the spaciousness and outdoor spaces. It also has an elevator if needed. Our only issue was the quantity and quality of the linens.

Great Location, Great Stay , fabulous town,

1st time at this property having visited Antibes twice before , In a great location in town centre , with walking access to train and bus station an easy 5 minutes away and fabulous beach 15 minutes walk away . So close to all Antibes many bars and restaurants . The property itself maybe a little worn around the edges however , it is perfect with two well positioned balconies that don’t disappoint, we were a group of 4 adults and the apartment was spacious enough for us for the week stay . The beds were comfortable but note the second room has bunks ( which might be more suited to children but our big adult kids managed fine ) during our stay the building was quiet and the neighbours we bumped into were very pleasant. Ashley our host was very contactable before arrival but once there, there was no further need as everything was good and apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this apartment again after having a great stay .

Our stay in Antibes

This property has great potential but there are many things that need improving. (1) The dining room chairs need proper cushion covers. We found that only tee towels were laid over them. (2) Get a proper coffee table. There is currently only a shabby storage container. (3) The bathroom air vent was filthy. I ended up cleaning this myself. (4) There were some clothes hanging in the master bedroom wardrobe. Also there is a large travel case in there. This does not give a good impression to guests. (5) On the morning we checked out we all had cold showers as the boiler was not working. (6) When checking out I had difficulty placing the keys in the box and closing it. Asimple hook inside to hang the keys would be good. Finally, after heavy rain on monday morning, when my wife and I went to the ground floor of the building it was flooded. We spent 20 minutes sweeping excess water out into the street with a broom that we found. I would suggest that the residents group gets someone in to put a waterproof sealant around the entrance door.

Charmante Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen am Rande der Altstadt von Antibes. Sie ist hell, da im obersten Stockwerk gelegen, gepflegt und sauber und bietet sowohl die Möglichkeit selbst zu kochen als auch innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Resaurants und Bars der Altstadt von Antibes zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat alle unseren Fragen beantwortet. Wir hatten als Familie ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Antibes um reisen gerne wieder dorthin.

Situation exceptionnelle

Tout est à distance de marche, 5 min des commerces de proximité et du vieux Antibes, 10 min de la gare et des autobus. On a adoré petit déjeuner au soleil dans la cuisine et prendre l'apéro sur la grande terasse. L'appartement est trés bien équipé. On y a passé un mois merveilleux au printemps. Wonderful apartment!

Had a great time staying at the apartment. It is spacious, inside and out, with roof terrace and separate balcony. Lovely views of rooftops over the old town and towards Nice. Close to train station, bus stops, short walk to beach and supermarket nearby. Will be going back!

Bon appartement pour une famille

L'appartement est bien situé à l'entrée de la vieille ville et très bien équipé (notamment plein de jeux & livres pour enfants). Un superbe balcon avec vue sur le lever de soleil d'un coté et les montagnes et un bout de mer de l'autre. Seuls "moins"l'équipement bébé: pas une chaise haute mais un réhausseur donc ca ne convient pas pour une bébé de 1 an, la baignoire bébé indisponible, pas une vraie table de lange mais une structure qui se pose sur le lit et qui était sale à notre arrivée.

Fabulous appartment, two balconies, fully equipped, great location, very clean, loved it!

Breakfast croissants and coffee with amazing views of the Alps, on one balcony, spend all day wandering in old Antibes at the markets or at the beach, then relax and watch the sun go down with wine and cheese and lovely French bread, from the bakery 5 minutes away, on the second balcony! Ten minutes walk to everything. Loved it! Owner, Ashley is always contactable, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it so much we are already looking at flights to return! Just book it and go!

Great location large well equiped apartment

We stayed for seven nights in this very lovely apartment. There were two of us so lots of space, but would also be ideal for a family. Was even better than the photos and description. It was very well located and easy for public transport. The apartment had everything we needed and more so we felt very comfortable and at home. The views were truely beautiful both in the morning and evening. Would love to stay there again.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans l'appartement d'Ashley, parfaitement bien situé pour tout (pour venir de la gare, visiter la vieille ville, aller à la plage, prendre le bus pour sortir de la ville, faire ses courses, acheter du pain, prendre un verre, etc.). C'est un appartement vivant, rempli de bons livres et même de DVD et CD. Il y a de nombreux jouets pour les petits. L'appartement est bien agencé, traversant, lumineux, avec une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. A signaler tout de même qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Mais tous les avantages du lieu nous ont fait oublier ce détail. Nous espérons revenir chez Ashley à une autre occasion.

Great appartment for relaxing holiday

We (2 adults, 1 child of 3 years) have spent five relaxing days at the apartment of Ashley and Jeremy. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. From the balcony there is a great view to the Fort of Antibes on the left and the old town with its cathedral and the museum of Picasso on the right side. The view is much better than we had expected from the photos. It was great sitting on the spacious terrace for having dinner or enjoying a wine. Our son loved the many books and toys of the children’s room. The apartment is related very close to the beautiful old town with its shops and restaurants. The beach was only a short walk away. Even if we needed a supermarket or a pharmacy, we found everything within a short walking distance. The connection to the airport of Nice (we took the express bus and needed only 30 minutes) is very comfortable if you travel with kids. We highly recommend this apartment for a great holiday time and hope to come back soon.

Ideal location, comfortable apartment

We stayed three nights and were quite pleased with the apartment and our first homeaway experience. The apartment is ideal for young children with toys and bunk beds, but the deck railings are quite low, requiring parental oversight. We would definitely love to visit again!

Escapade a Antibes aux vacances d avril

Séjour agréable au cœur d Antibes Nous avons visiter la côte d azur au départ d antibes a pied et en train Jolie vue du 4 eme Etage Et pour un centre ville jolie terrasse attention l ascenseur est exigu mais les escaliers sont faciles à monter même après une journée de balade .... L appart est bien situé et à proximité de la gare de la marina de la vieille ville du marché couvert provençal de la plage et de tous les commerces! L appart est lumineux propre spacieux et bien équipé il manque cependant la cafetière classique pour se faire couler un bol de café le matin très frenchie La tv est trop compliquée à faire fonctionner / petit souci de télécommande ... Très agréable de trouver du linge de maison comme des serviettes de plage ou des couettes supplémentaires pour protéger les 2 canapés ! Je conseille cette location : famille ou amis ( les couchages sont bien séparés et permettent de l'intimité ) jusqu'à 6 pers Merci à Maria pour son accueil de bienvenue! Au plaisir de revenir !!!!
