Experience Hampton Beach in this perfect 2-bedroom house -200 steps to the beach. Enjoy a spacious open concept fully renovated beach house. The space features a king bedroom with its own balcony, a Full/twin bunk bed, and a sofa bed, plus an additional space with a twin bed for extra comfort. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms and laundry. Whether you’re relaxing on the beach all day or enjoying all the activities Hampton Beach has to offer, this amazing home offers a nice balance of style, comfort and convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The property shares a driveway with two other units. There is one designated parking spot for this unit (see pictures for location). Unit 9A sits to the right of unit 7 and directly behind unit 9. There is a shared courtyard behind unit 9 which is where the entrance to 9A is located.

***Peak Season Rental Policy***

From mid-June through August this unit can only be rented on a weekly basis. Check-in is on Saturday at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM the following Saturday. The available weeks are listed below.

Excellent vacation, great location, super clean and bright updated home. The neighbors are full time owners also, and are very friendly and outgoing. Gil was super responsive, and quickly responded to my question. Definitely would stay again!

Our second time here at this property and we loved every minute of it! The location is unbeatable and the living space is wonderful for having our family of five soak up the AC after a long day outside. The home was extremely clean and we loved having the roomba to help with the sand in the evenings. Plus the short walk right to the end of the beach is perfect. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Phenomenal stay! Gil and Tracie were a dream to work with. This house is a little gem and close to everything you could possibly want in a little beach trip. The property was immaculate and so inviting. 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The Surf Sand & Sun was perfect! The hosts were super friendly with excellent communication. We enjoyed this pet friendly, very near the ocean cute cottage with its beachy-vibe. It was the perfect way to celebrate our SNHU ‘s graduate’s commencement. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Gil and Traci were perfect hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all the modern conveniences of home. The place is more beautiful and spacious than the pictures portrayed. This was the best vrbo yet. Many extras to make your vacation special. Even a beach cart to take your beach gear easily. Very clean. Kitchen, all stuff you need. Beach and the strip was close enough to walk to.

The place looked just as it was listed. It was clean and very organized! My family and I were only there for a one night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in the area for a ceremony. Highly recommend this place as it very close to the beach. Will love to rent it again in the summer!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! We have had some bad experiences in the past and this place exceeded our expectations in so many ways! It is absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. It was very clean and they provided so much (linens, toilet paper, towels, beach stuff, etc…) Anything you needed was there! One of the best parts was that it was pet friendly and we were able to enjoy our vacation with our dog for the first time! The location is amazing with the beach right across the street. The area in general was pretty quiet and the neighbor was very friendly as well. Communication with the hosts Traci and Gil was fantastic and they were super accommodating. Another plus is that there is an extra parking space in case you have 2 cars or visitors during your stay. We loved everything about our stay and hope to be back on a regular basis!

Wonderful Beach House

Cozy, very clean, bright beach house. Beautifully updated - awesome having two full bathrooms! Loved being so close to the beach and the owner - Tim - was helpful and very responsive.
