The main thing I look for when I rent in Hampton is parking. I’ve been going for years. The listing for this rental originally said ‘2 parking spaces’. So I booked it. The day before I checked in I received a message from the owner saying ‘please remember there is no parking provided and you need to bring your own linens. Really? None of which were correct in the ad. I brought this to the renters attention and he said ‘sorry for the inconvenience but there is no parking provided. I ended up paying an additional 200 for parking during my stay. Also, upon entering the rental unit, there were several flea type bugs flying around. I killed several of them. That was gross.
