Enjoy the Gas fireplace, updated kitchen and hardwood floors. Sit with a book in the lush garden in the front OR sunny patio area in the back. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms plus main bathroom. Master bedroom has half bath, lots of closet space and large private sunny deck with views of the city and water. Easy commute to down town, short walk to Lonsdale for shopping, restaurants or catch a bus to any of the local mountains for hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding and skiing. It's all here! Minimum stay is 3 months but guests can give 30 days notice at any time,
