This is a four bedroom, fully furnished home with hardwood floors on the entire upper level. The large spacious kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of dishes. A small "Honor Mart" using the honors system for purchases offers shelf stable kid friendly snacks and connivence food such as Kraft Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti-O's, granola bars. Check out the freezer, there are a few options there too such as pizza and ice cream treats. For the adults there are several menu's from local restaurants that my husband and I enjoy and also a few that deliver. Take out and enjoy the food you like in the comfort of home, or if weather permits eat out on the newly remodeled deck. Positioned in the shade of several large trees the deck is a perfect gathering spot in the summer. The home offers a large room in the basement which can be configured to meet your needs. It can be left empty and used as a sleeping bag bunkhouse, a play space, or a custom sensory room for children with special needs. The neighborhood is close to Kelly Walsh High School, the mall, east side shopping, restaurants, Hobby Lobby, several grocery stores, east side Walmart, Sam's Club and a short drive to the Casper Events Center. The single car garage is large enough for most SUVs such as a Honda Pilot and has a remote opener. About Catherine Morris
We have lived in Casper for over 28 years. We enjoy the quiet small town community and wide open spaces. If you enjoy spending time outside exploring endless public lands, learning about Wyoming's pioneer history, breathing fresh air, or perhaps hunting or fishing Casper has much to offer.
Why Catherine Morris chose Casper
Catherine purchased this home in 1994. The time she was single and teaching for Natrona County School District. Once married we decided to keep it but move to a larger home to raise our kids. It's a great home in a well established neighborhood with a very convenient location.
What makes this House unique
The basement has a very large open room that can be configured to meet the needs of children with special needs. If your child needs a sensory space to go to regulate or calm down this room has plain white walls and can have dim colored lighting or no light at all even in the middle of the day. If they need a play space where they can vent some energy this space can help. There is a party light, mini trampoline, "Steam Roller", tunnel, tent, therapy balls, spinning seat (Moluk Bilibo), FATSAX bean bags and tumble mats. With specific request a swing can be suspended from the ceiling. If your child does not require a sensory space and you prefer the therapy equipment not be available the room can be configured as a play room.

We had everything we needed. The home is older but very well kept!!
Check in was very easy. Catherine had a plate of cookies and a bowl of fruit waiting on the kitchen table for us (a very welcoming touch, thank you!)! The house is an older home but very well kept and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful week in Casper Wyoming. My husband was chosen for a Muley Hunt here in Casper and I took advantage of this time to invite my 2 sisters (1 from Michigan and 1 from Montana) to catch up and knit for the week. The home was perfect for this. The fenced in yard was great for my fur babies. My sister and I sat on the lovely back deck the first afternoon there and knitted (yes it was warm enough the end of October lol). We were very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!!! Thank you again Catherine for making our visit to Casper a comfortable one and one we will always cherish forever!!!!
Great home and location!
Great owner/renter and accommodation!! Highly recommended!
Three Day Stay
I traveled with two other adults for business. Catherine was very friendly and helpful; she greeted us and answered any questions that we had upon our arrival. The home was comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.
Great home. Convenient neighborhood. Better than advertised.
Owner met us at the door and gave a tour. Answered all questions. House was great. Will definitely stay here the next time I come to Casper.
Extremely nice home
I just spent a week here for a family trip. The host met us at the door, and walked us through the entire house. We felt perfectly comfortable with everything there. The house was absolutely, perfectly clean.
The house was very, very well supplied; towels, soaps, and so on. We had a basket of apples and a plate of cookies waiting for us too. The kitchen was fabulously stocked; utensils, crock pot, pancake griddle, Keurig, and so on. We had everything we could want. The beds were very comfortable. The 2 beds in the 2 main floor bedrooms were very nice. Kids and younger family in lower level had no complaints with their beds. There is a nice patio and grill in the backyard. Items in the garage to use too; camp chairs cooler, garden hose.
Super location; near a lot of the stores and shopping needs on 2nd Street, but still in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Bottom line; WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER with this house.
So this group of guys ask to rent your house for a week long hunting trip, without their wives... makes you wonder if THAT’s a good idea right? We took a chance and we are so glad we did. Eric and his family “the guys” were great guests and they left the home well cared for and in tip top shape. They were successful in their hunt(s) and were prepared, considerate and respectful of the property and had their game processed at a commercial facility. Nope, not one deer or prong horn hanging in the yard... well except the ones that come to eat my petunias, they hang out from time to time. Eric you and the guys are welcome any time.
very clean and comfortable
My out of town family enjoyed staying at Catherine's home. It was very clean. The children enjoyed the toy room and the special things that Catherine did to make it so homey like stuffed Charlie Brown and Snoopy dolls in the kids bedroom. The boys had a blast making bubbles with the "bubble juice".
It was great hosting your family. I hope the family reunion and birthday party were a great success. Thanks for leaving the house very neat and tidy.
