Great family vacation and amazing to be so close to the beach. Was really nice to be able to have the slider open at night and hear the waves all night. And then a great way to wake up with views of the beach. No complaints and would stay here again any time.

Great low rise condo

We had a great vacation....so nice staying at a smaller complex where the beaches aren't packed. Condo itself was very spacious and AC worked well!!

Lovely stay

We all enjoyed this oceanfront condo in SeaGrove Beach.Great location, quiet spot but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo is lovely and even nicer in person than the pictures!

We enjoyed the convenience of the location! Clean pool and clean quiet beach just steps away. The place was clean with plenty of space and places to sit. I enjoyed reading my book from balcony outside the bedroom overlooking the beach. We ended up booking an extra night!

Anniversary Trip

Absolutely beautiful property with exquisite beach views from 2 balconies. Everything was clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is right down the adjacent staircase and the sunset view on the beach is picturesque. We stayed for our anniversary, but will plan on coming back with our kids very soon. Everything was perfect from start to finish for our vacation!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Mattresses were horrible .had to ask for hairdryer but office brought to me promptly. Would stay again if mattresses are replaced.

This place does not allow sun canopies on the beach, only umbrellas. The other thing that I didn’t live was the beach chair rental people had about 75% of the beach staked out by about 7am leaving about 40 feet of beach for everyone else.

Great location, Great view, Great property

We have stayed in 30A for the past 10 years and know how important location is when you have kids that are teenagers. This property is walking distance (1.5 miles) to Bud & Alleys and food trucks in Seaside, a very short walk (0.2 miles) to Cafe 30A and Tom Thumb, and is on the ocean side of 30A (Southside). The views from the property are amazing, unobstructed views of ocean from ground floor and 2nd floor master bedroom. If you haven't stayed in 30A, 99% of properties don't have ocean views. Property was clean and no issues, property manager called to check on us a few times but we never needed them. Great property and even better location. Would stay here again for sure. Our kids are teenagers, so they had a short bike ride to seaside (5 mins).
