Very nice property! Response from Property Manager is excellent! The only downside of this property relates to the very limited access to pool side lounge chairs. Of course, this is no fault of this property. It is necessay to claim a pool lounger early in the morning or you won't get one. The owners do provide three beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The Food Park across the street is a nice spot to grab a variety of good food. Highly recommend to stay at this Unit!

Great View!!! This location is very nice. We could see everything from the room. It's close to a large grocery store so you can get food. There's everything there so you can cook. Lots of bed space for 4 people. It's right on the beach where there are a lot of activities. Advice if you have never been to the airport in Puerto Vallarta, all of the people that greet you and tell you how much of a deal they can save you on activities are time share salespeople. We did go to one and saved a lot of money but it took up 5 hrs .

Breathtaking views! Bright and airy unit with upgraded kitchen and shower! Excellent experience with owner and property manager (even took us to pick up a few groceries)! I highly recommend

Only stayed there one night but it was good. Property manager was very helpful.

Loved being able to book so late. Ideal for our needs, we were a big group and were so delighted to find this place!
