Welcome to this paradise for beach lover’s! Casa Mandarina is located directly on the beach where you can play or surf in the friendly waves with your family and watch the sunsets over the Pacific everyday of your vacation, from the complete privacy of your own back yard! The house offers views to the beach from almost every room!

The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with private baths, hot water, closet space and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a private beach front patio overlooking the ocean, and has a spacious king bed and room to sleep extra on the day beds. Two guest rooms share a beach front patio so everyone can enjoy the view. The 4th bedroom is in a separate building near the pool, complete with private bath, a queen size bed and two twin beds. The house can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.

The spacious living room has a full entertainment system with DVD, Cable TV, CD and Sound System. Here you can watch the football game and watch the waves in front of the house at the same time. There are lots of comfy sofas, pillows and extra sleeping accommodations there as well as a full bath.

Casa Mandarina offers a fine kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking and making cocktails. There's a spacious dining table for 8, as well as outdoor picnic tables. The yard offers complete privacy and is beautifully landscaped with numerous hammocks for relaxing and a large swimming pool.
Casa Mandarina offers a phone for local calls as well as high speed wireless internet for your convenience.
During the day the doors open up from wall to wall to let in the refreshing ocean breeze, the sound of the waves and you can actually see the waves from the dining room table or the living room sofas! The location is the best you can get!
The rental price includes daily housekeeping. The caretakers live in a separate house on the property and are always friendly and helpful. The housekeeper, Marcia, can be hired to cook for your group if you so desire for just $65 per day (or $30 per meal). It’s a great experience to be relaxing in a private home on the beach and not have to cook or clean the whole time, like being at a hotel!
Casa Mandarina is located within a 10 minute walking distance to a small local grocery store, and several very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It's also very close to the Tamarindo estuary so if you can walk there in about 10 min and take a boat for $1 to Tamarindo to go shopping and dining in the bigger town, driving to Tamarindo will take about 25 min.
Playa Grande is the coolest little town with a relaxed beach vibe, and really friendly people. Enjoy good waves every day, closeness to the party town Tamarindo but yet away from it all in your own private oasis.
