Explore the natural surroundings with abundant bird and wildlife. Playa Grande, part of the Las Baulas National Park, is the nesting grounds for the giant Leatherback Turtle November through March. It is also famous for its world class surf with rights and lefts in front of the house.

Casa Verde is light and airy with views of the pristine pool, natural gardens-especially planted for birds and butterflys-and blue ocean. Bedrooms have separate entrances from the corridor/lanai for extra privacy and you can rent one individually. A grocery store and 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the house as well as bakery and fish trucks that come by the house twice a week.
