家には2つのダブルベッドルームがあり、したがって4人まで収容することができます。

Lovely stay in a beautiful house

We gave every aspect 5 stars, but we do have a few remarks.Maybe it would be possible to move the washing machine to a different spot and installeren a dishwasher?The bathroom is perfectly fine but on the small site for 4 adults.Regardless, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Casa del Sole a next time.

Fantastico!

I’ve stayed in many villas and this place is my new favourite in Sicily. I could live here! Simple but nicely furnished and equipped. Great pool and gardens. Valerio was super helpful and friendly - always trying to let me know when anyone needed to come to the villa for water systems etc. Yes it is down a narrow bumpy track but once I’d done it a couple of times it was fine. Worth it due to the location - 10 mins to both Noto town and Noto beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice villa - great people

Villa is in a quiet location and is a pleasant place to stay. It is accessed through a narrow, unmade road, no problem for us but a large car or a sports car might struggle. Once in, the villa is and a good pool to relax in. Communication with Claudio and Valerio great and the villa was very clean, has a lovely garden and a nice pool. Valerio was great in supporting us and arranging access, the one problem we had was fixed in double quick time! It's great for relaxing in, it's a couple of mies to Lido Di Noto (good beach), and less to Noto itself. Easily accessed via the autostrada. All in all a pleasant stay in lovely weather in a nice villa!

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier welches komplett eingezäunt ist und daher ideal, da wir mit unserem Hund angereist sind. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber. Der grosse Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wir können das Haus empfehlen!

Une belle villa bien décorée avec des beaux espaces extérieurs. La disponibilité et l'excellent accueil de Valerio. Le seul point qui ne permet pas de mettre 5/5 est la fragilité des installations électriques mais nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour

Absolutely fabulous villa

The villa is as described but even better. Small things like sugar,coffee capsules as well as herbs etc make the stay just feel like home Valerio is the most attentive host who is happy to help you in any way he can he is a real star A beautiful place to stay couldn’t ask for more Only advice rent a smallish car as roads to the house are narrow as are the small town

Wonderful House

Very nice house, stylish furnished, good location with sea view. Even the installations (electric, sanitary) would need some refurbishment we enjoyed our stay very much and can fully recommend this house. Special thanks to the charming house keeper Valerio.

Fantastic!

We had a great time at Casa del Sole. The communication with Claudio was super easy and quick and Valerio was the most thoughtful, gracious host. The place is an absolute gem and pictures don’t do its justice! The place was very beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the necessities you might need for your stay. Casa del Sole is the perfect relaxing getaway, I highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed the one week stay we did. Valerio was great and very polite. He gave us great advice on where to eat during our stay. The property is a lot better than presented on picture. We really enjoyed staying there and we recommend it! Thanks a lot for a great stay!

Meraviglioso paradiso tra natura e charme

abbiamo alloggiato qui per 2 settimane ad Agosto, con 2 gemelli di 3 anni. La casa è meravigliosa, arredata con gusto e super la attrezzata per ogni necessità, immersa tra gli agrumeti. Si è avvolti dal silenzio della natura. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e grande professionalità da Valerio che ci ha aiutati sempre durante il nostro soggiorno. È necessario avere un auto, ma tutto è raggiungibile in breve tempo. La zona è ricca di meravigliosi luoghi sia naturali che culturali. Auguro a tutti di trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno come lo è stato per noi!

A peaceful oasis near Noto

Casa del Sole is a very smart property with wonderful roof terrace and swimming pool. Property is immaculately kept and well kitted out. Well situated for people looking for peace and quiet yet only a 10 min drive into Noto. Roof terrace is ideal for lunch and dinner with nice views over surrounding lemon groves and the sea. Veranda at front of house is cool and shady when it gets too hot. Pool is very relaxing and set in a wonderful garden. You can pick your own lemons for evening G&T. Valerio is extremely friendly and helpful with plenty of useful tips on restaurants and beaches. House is within easy reach of motorway allowing quick access to Syracuse, Catania and Mount Etna.

Sehr schönes Haus in idyllischer Lage

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem Haus - und es war wunderbar. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind eher klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche hat zwar keine Spülmaschine (scheint in Italien häufiger so), ist ansonsten aber bestens ausgestattet: Es gibt genug und schönes Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck und Gläser verschiedener Art. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und wirkt sehr neu, insbesondere auch das Badezimmer. Der Pool (ca. 6x3 Meter) und der Liegebereich sind ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Hier lassen sich wunderbar ganze Tage verbummeln. Von der Dachterrasse hat man über sattgrüne Zitrusfelder hinweg einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, und auch sonst ist die Umgebung sehr idyllisch: Man wohnt ruhig, aber nicht abgeschieden (es gibt in der Umgebung ein paar andere Häuser, von denen man aber nichts mitbekommt.). Kurz gesagt: alles ist genau so, wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. Besondere Erwähnung verdient die Betreuung vor Ort: der Verwalter Valerio ist ausgesprochen herzlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Gut zu wissen: das Haus lässt sich nachts komplett verriegeln, die Fenster sind vergittert. Bei Abwesenheit ist es mit einem Alarmsystem gesichert und mit einem Sicherheitsdienst verbunden - und das funktioniert: einmal lösten wir versehentlich ganz kurz den Alarm aus und 15 Minuten später war ein Security-Mann da... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A Hidden Gem in Sicily

My husband & two children spent a wonderful, relaxing week here in May of this year. Pictures hadn't done this property justice as it was even so much nicer than we had expected. It was immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you might need & more and the property is alarmed and fully monitored for your added peace of mind and security. Even though it was late at night when we arrived we were greeted by Valerio the concierge whom was a complete gentleman & fully accessible to us throughout our stay. Our children aged 4yrs and 2 really enjoyed the freedom and the space that the house had to offer as there were so many different outdoor areas for them to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the surrounding region of Noto and we were all sad to leave but especially our 4yr old daughter and the only way we could get her to leave was by promising that we would go back again.....this is one promise we were only too glad to make and we definitely will not be breaking !!!!!!

Nog mooier dan de foto's

De foto's van dit huis beloven al een sfeervol interieur en prachtige terrassen. In het echt is het nog veel mooier. Er is een serre aangebouwd en de tuin is aangelegd met heel mooie cactussen. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig in het huis. Binnenkort is er zelfs een prachtig zwembad bij dit huis! Een auto is echt nodig, want de winkels zijn op afstand. Maar het is een prima uitvalsbasis om het zuiden van Sicilië te ontdekken. En het huis.... elke keer weer een feest om na een uitstapje in terug te komen. Kerel en Leny, Nederland

First guests at Casa del sole

This property was perfect on many aspects. It felt like a proper home as opposed to a bland holiday let. The property is almost fully refurbished from earlier this year so every appliance and furniture was new (shower room not refurbished). Very tastefully decorated with simple elegance and functionality in mind. Charming and unique setting close to Noto. This area felt away from the main tourist drag which was quiet to us and what we were after. There is a dirt track to the house so if you rent a car do no go for a Ferrari as the undercarriage will be ruined ! No walking distance to shops but minutes away from Noto and Beaches. Good get away spot for other areas to explore in the south Did not want to leave and would certainly come back to this house ! Our local contact was charming and helpful and gave us advice for restaurants to excursions
