Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This home is located just a few houses from the Dragonfly Pool, where there are covered and uncovered lounge chairs, a kiddie pool, bathrooms, and a great gas grill! You will enjoy 2 porches with this house that overlook a manicured, grassy park that is perfect for a game of catch or bocce ball. There are 4 bedrooms in this well-appointed home and 4.5 bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen space, as well as a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath. On the second floor, you will find three more bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath, and a private furnished porch. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk, and the fourth bedroom has an additional twin over twin bunk bed. The kids will love it! The bunk room is located right next to the second-floor den, making it great for two families and a perfect area for the kids to play games or watch a movie. There are 2 large flat-screen TVs with blue ray players.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
