Age Requirement

Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Pool Access

The Dragonfly Pool which is five minutes walk from the house, and other gorgeous pools are LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill Pool, Camp Pool. All Watercolor Pools are Heated!



Nearest Beach Access

Scenic 395 Beach Access is 0.8 miles from the house at the intersection of Scenic 30A and Scenic 395.



No pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions..

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

**No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.

**Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance.

PLEASE NOTE: All golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
