Beautiful and peaceful location

The property was very clean and well appointed, the owners have decorated the house beautifully. The location was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, along with a convenient full bathroom downstairs by the door. From the numerous patio/balcony areas to the bikes to the natural light and greenery for kids to play in, it was the perfect spot for relaxing-close enough to be convenient to the beach, pools, and Seaside, but far enough to get away from the crowds. The beds were the coziest I have slept in at a hotel or rental home. We will definitely be looking to return to this gem!

Great Vacation

This house was missing common items we're used to seeing in other rentals, like cooking oil, salt & pepper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. We even had to purchase additional trash bags since we only got 2 for the week. But, the house was phenomenal, it's in a wonderful location, and Camp Watercolor was amazing. We loved our trip and we would consider staying here again.

Dear Stephen, We thank you for sharing what a wonderful home this is. It truly is exceptional with its decor and amenities. I would like to address your comment about supplies. Since Covid our company follows strict rules when it comes to leaving cooking items. It is a Hospitality Rule. We do however supply all initial items so you do not have to leave if you arrive at night and do not have time to go to the grocery store. We supply soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, 1 pod of laundry detergent and a few other items. This was listed in your contract. It basically is a standard for Vacation Rentals. I will certainly mention your request to our guest service department. We do hope you plan on coming back to the area. If so, please give Sanddollar One a call for a repeat guest discount.

Host was great at communicating and the property was incredible! The only critique is that the house was very low on household supplies. We ran out of dishwasher packets (and had to handwash everything prior to checkout), as well as paper towels and almost out of toilet paper. With six guests, it's easy to go through these basic supplies and felt that, as a rental, more of these things could've been on hand. Sometimes rentals even have leftover salt/pepper, etc. that people have left behind i to avoid having to buy every last staple for the kitchen, but the cupboards were bare. Those things aren't expected, of course, but it sure helps.

Great visit to Water Color!

The house is lovely, clean, well stocked with towels, and all around very comfortable! I really liked the little "office" as I had to still check in while on vacay. We love to bike in Water Color, but this trip also rented a golf cart from Electric Cart Company which made trips to the beach club more enjoyable on such hot summer days as it is pretty far. This house is on the opposite side of the neighborhood from the beach access, although the neighborhood does have several pools even one with a lazy river! The house is walking distance to the grocery store and ice cream, plus a restaurant that sells Charlie's Doughnut Truck items! You can also easily get to the square at Seaside. All of these things helped keep our teenagers busy! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

Ohmygosh! I can NOT say enough about this house! We didn’t want to leave. It was sincerely a wonderful family getaway. My two daughters (12 & 10) loves the bikes and how close we were to the beach. The neighborhood is simply darling and I wish we would have reserved a golf cart sooner as there were none available. Great home and great accommodations! We loved it!
