Bellamente renovada casa con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. Esta casa está a solo 1 cuadra de la playa en el deseable y codiciado North End de la isla. Este es el primer piso de una casa de 2 familias. Esta propiedad incluye un patio privado y estacionamiento en la calle para 2 autos, ninguno de los cuales son utilizados por los inquilinos de arriba. También incluye ducha al aire libre, patio amueblado, lavandería y baño privado en 3 de las habitaciones.

Giselle was absolutely amazing! Anytime I contacted her, which was hardly any during our stay, she was extremely prompt in responding. The house was very clean and very updated. Will definitely stay here again.

We rented in August of 2025 and really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and well maintained. The number of bedrooms with personal bathrooms worked well for our family. It is located on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The check-in and key process was smooth and easy! We highly recommend staying at the Charmer!

Lovely Beach House

Just spent a wonderful week at The Giannella Beach House. We were 4 women vacationing and the house suited us well. The bunk beds in one of the bedrooms made it a little awkward for 1 of our party but we knew that going in. The fact that we all had our own bathroom made up for it. The kitchen was well supplied and we found we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The home had a great layout. It was a short easy walk to the beach and in the evening you could hear the waves crashing from the front porch. The home has a lovely patio in the back where we spent most of our evenings just hanging out. The host is very responsive to any issues or concerns. Would we return? Absolutely!

Nice property, attentive owner. Great for families with children. I would recommend that the owner leave written instructions in the home detailing specifics for the rental.

Great Family Getaway in Brigantine

We had a wonderful stay in this 4 bedroom / 4 bath downstairs unit. It was such a luxury for everyone to have their own bathroom. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The backyard was lovely, and we enjoyed several BBQs there with other family members who were renting nearby. We loved the large dining table that sat 8, with 4 counter stools close by. There were a couple minor glitches, but the host was EXTREMELY responsive and did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay. We look to staying here again!

Arizona to Brigantine Beach Home

The home is very nice and close to the beach. It is a bright warm happy place. The backyard is gorgeous and at different times of the day the place to be! The owners could not have been more responsive to our needs. We traveled from Arizona and every mile was worth it. Thank You

Awesome stay!

The house was better than expected! The fact that 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms was amazing. The backyard area was very spacious with a large table we all fit around. I would highly recommend!

Great place, exactly as described

Unit was spotless, everything was like new, had a nice backyard and was a short walk to the beach. Note we did need to bring linens and towels, but we knew that going in so it was not an issue. Welcoming bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Beach house

We had a great time staying in this house. It’s very clean and decorated nicely. We really liked that each bedroom has a bathroom. It was perfect for our large family to enjoy a week at the beach! The owner, Gisselle, is kind, accommodating and responded quickly to all messages. Thank you!

Property was well equipped and modern, and in immaculate condition. My family all loved the quietness of Brigantine. Very short drive to Ocean City for teenagers in our group.

Family beach vacation

Great location, one block from beach, Great and convenient nearby Restaurant. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms perfect size for all of us. Cute comfortable outdoor patio with grill. Clean and updated. Great time was had by all!

July 4th week was excellent

Two families (9 total) stayed here over July 4th week. The house was the right size to accommodate us all. The decor is pleasing and the back courtyard area is peaceful. The kitchen is small and a bit narrow but still allowed for proper cooking. The provided beach tags were a plus. We came from OK and NH so it was a pain to bring linens. I highly recommend that at a minimum linens be provided. The location is far enough away from the main beach areas that we did not feel crowded. Our teen kids rented bikes and biked to ice cream and beach shops daily. All About Bikes is the only bike shop in Brigantine but the prices are good and the new owner, Tyler, is great. We went into Galloway (6 minute drive) for dinner at Romanelli's Garden Cafe where local talent, Beth Tinnon, plays on Wednesday night. Great food and music, fun night out.

Beautiful Brigantine Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. The house has been completely renovated and was very clean. The house is within walking distance to the beach. Only one block away. The owner responds promptly to emails and texts. We will definitely be returning to this home for another stay.
