Beautiful house in 5500 square feet, just a few minutes from the beach club. Totally equipped, 4 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, beautiful finishing, WiFi and parking lot for 3 vehicule. Gated community with 24 x 7 security with a private pool and a big grill, with pool beds. Rooftop gazebo to watch beautiful sunsets on the third floor. 5 to 7 minutes drive to 5th Ave. Public beach or beach club access at walking distance 1 mile, with hammocks, chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks available at reasonable prices Playa del Carmen downtown with a lot of options of dining, shops and entertainment.

Relaxing and beautiful house

We had a great time and enjoyed relaxing by the pool and cooking meals. Next time we will rent a car so we can get around easier but taxi services were plenty. We appreciate your hospitality!

Great house, great Owner

So nice to have so much space. 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beautiful pool, great rooftop deck. 20 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to closest corner store. A car is very helpful at this property. Olimpia was super attentive to all our questions, and answered very quickly. Highly recommend!

Amazing house

We stayed for about a week and it was amazing. Everything was very clean and well kept. We really appreciated all the extra towels. It was the perfect house for a family giveaway. Loved the gated community. It felt safe. Neighbors were very friendly. The host left a couple of boxes of snacks for the kids to enjoy and was in constant communication with us. Strongly recommend for any large family.

Lovely stay in spacious home with pool

3 families came together - 5 adults, 3 kids and had a lovely stay at the house. Host was very responsive. Anytime we had a question, we got a response within minutes. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Spacious home: large rooms, each with its own bathroom and 2 large tables (one indoor, one outdoor) to eat together as a family and plenty of common space between the living room and roof patio to hang out. Pool was great: very clean and well-maintained. Handy also to have a large laundry room. Overall we thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This place has a ton of space and the pool was a huge bonus for us. My husband and I took along my sister and mother. We enjoyed being in the quiet setting especially since covid was on arise.

Awesome home, great location, good neighborhood. We had a small problem with the AC units our first night but Olimpia was able to fix the issue quickly. If you are looking to drive less during your stay in the Riviera Maya …. This is the place to rent.

Great Stay

The house was exactly as advertised and a welcome home away from home. We all felt very safe. I would recommend for large groups. The only drawback is the wifi can be spotty if you are planning on working remotely, but our entire group managed to make it through with not too many issues.

The property was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more!

This stay couldn’t have been any better. We came for a wedding and had such an amazing time. They are the most gracious, helpful home owners. The house is a bit out of town and every time we needed a taxi they would call us one and negotiate the price for us, which was way better than any price we could have got. There is A/C in every room and they all worked great. We had no issue with hot water. We made a big dinner our last night for 9 people and the kitchen is very well stocked. There are more than enough towels and extra beach towels. The beds were very comfortable and with the doors closed each room is quiet. The garbage men came everyday and not too early, so you do not have to wake up just to bring the trash out. They had bought us groceries for breakfast including coffee and had beer and wine in the fridge for us when we arrived. The bbq worked outside with the briquettes but we did have to get some starter fluid at the store because of the humidity making the briquettes damp. We couldn’t find the beach that was close, but I forgot to ask which way we go before we left so that was my fault. All in all everything was perfect and there was nothing that could have made it better. I stay at many VRBOs and they have been the most helpful hosts yet. Thank you so much for everything you did for us

Hemos pasado 4 días fantásticos en esta casa. Todo empezó antes de la llegada con toda la información neceseria por correo para llegar, consejos para las compras... una disponibilidad de Alejandro perfecta. En la casa, moderna, luminosa, con camas King Size de alta calidad, toallas para la piscina, barbacoa... Las cervezas, agua y cola te esperan en la nevera, graciosamente puestos por Alex. Una casa que te hace sentirse como en casa. Si puedo dar unos consejos para perfeccionar y para nuestra próxima visita ;-) falta una lavadora y un lavavajillas. Y última cosa, quitar/sustituir la vieja tele de la habitación! Por fin, muchas gracias!

Incredible, beautiful, and lots of privacy!

This house was absolutely amazing! It has 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower. It was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 3 children. Gorgeous marble floors and modern furniture and appliances. Very accommodating, they had given us the basics in the fridge, milk, eggs, condiments, etc. As well as in the pantry. The pool was very clean and a perfect size. Oh, and there is AC is every room! The landlords were more than accommodating to us. If we wanted to know where anything was they would message us back right away. If we had an issue with the house (the kids locked the door from the inside) they were here in no time to unlock it! And very welcoming. There is nothing bad to say about this house. It made the last 4 days of our vacation amazing!
