Located on Retorno Uxmal, Villa Beach Adventure offers a truly private and peaceful experience. Surrounded by lush vegetation and set back from the road, the villa provides a spa-like atmosphere. With 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, our spacious villa comfortably sleeps up to 15 people, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Layout and Amenities
Downstairs
The ground floor features a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. You'll also find two additional bedrooms, each with a bunk bed (queen-size bed and a single bed). One of these bedrooms boasts direct access to the pool, perfect for a refreshing dip anytime. The living room is a comfortable haven with a full library and a 70-inch Samsung smart TV, and a convenient half bathroom is located in the foyer.

Upstairs
Upstairs, discover another master bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. A large bedroom with two bunk beds sleeps up to four people and also has a private terrace. Finally, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed shares a full bath with another room. These rooms are ideal for teenagers or a couple with children.

And for a fun fact: Justin Bieber and Rihanna stayed here in May 2014, so you might just be in the same rooms or sitting in the same chairs!

The beautiful villa had many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for our families. The bedrooms featured many varieties of beds allowing many possible combinations. The kitchen, dining room, and eating area provided lots of room for meals and all of the appliances worked very well. There was also lots of glassware and dishes. The house, appliances, pool area and yard were very clean and were serviced several times while we were there. For the kids, the pool, hot tub and wilderness backyard were most important. The pool was used every day for many hours. The house is located very centrally in Playacar and the beach, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance.

Awesome property and location

Located in the exclusive playacar neighborhood, the property was immaculately maintained and has everything you need for a great vacation. It is walking distance to all of the great shopping and restaurants, as well as the ferries to Cozumel. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a wonderful experience!

Great stay

House was great, plenty of space for our family of 12. Kids enjoyed the pool and a short 15 minute walk to 5th street. Local manager was quick to reply to any questions I had.

Great Home for a big group

We brought 7 adults and 2 children to the home and it was a great spot for us to call home base, especially for the value. The kitchen is open, the bedrooms are cool, and the outdoor space is brilliant for relaxing. Communication was prompt and everything was tended to immediately. Would stay here again.

Great location and pool

Safe area, easy walking to resteraunts shops beach mini-ruins, and large pool that had 8 people playing in it at once. A few aspects of the house are on the older end, but as long as that doesn’t bother you, the house is spacious and was perfect for extended family get together. Age range from 8 to 50 of all personality types and everyone found a ton of things to enjoy. Highly recommended.

The location is great and the staff as well only one complaint.

We ordered a catered dinner carne asada with rice, beans, sopes, and taquitos. Well everything was great except for the carne asada was hard as a rock. Other than that had the best vacation ever.

Great Beach Stay

We rented this place for a group of 10 friends and we loved our stay. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and to downtown which makes it nice for people who don’t have a car. The house was clean and stocked with some essentials (soap, toilet paper, salt/pepper/spices) when we arrived. The pool area out back is fantastic for spending hot afternoons and you can see sometimes spot iguanas waltzing through the backyard. We didn’t encounter any major problems when we were there, but the property manager was friendly and available to contact if we had needed it. Great beach stay in Playa Del Carmen!

Second time here!

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Our visits were five years apart and the house is starting to show that it’s a little bit tired.. A few cosmetic updates, as well as some new mattresses and pillows would make a huge improvement. The house is exceptionally roomy and the yard is wonderful. A short walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. This is a great choice for a large group.

Awesome stay…great house, great location, great communication!

Myrna was great to deal with from booking to end of stay. Answered all of our questions and provided lots of information. Teresa was in the house often to clean, etc. Such a wonderful service. Claudio the property manager was awesome. He came when needed and helped out with very fast service. The pool and grounds are well maintained. Loved having A/C in all the rooms. Perfect location to 5th avenue, grocery store and beach. 10-15 minute walk to all. Highly recommend staying.

Fantastic private house!

What a beautiful house and property. Diverse tropical vegetation surrounds the property. Angel the pool, hot tub and landscaping man is there six days a week to make sure everything is perfectly running. Teresa, the housekeeper is meticulous in her housekeeping duties and we would like her to move to Ottawa where I'm sure we could make her a lot of money! She is fantastic. Some positives and negatives

A group of 12 of us stayed at the house for a week and we experienced some positives and negatives. Positives: the house was clean and the housekeeper and groundskeeper were great. We enjoyed the outside area quite a bit. Location wise, it was a safe and secure neighborhood and relatively easy walk to a lot of activities. Negatives: the beds were all a bit hard and left us with sore backs and the stove did not work very well. We had to use the grill burner to get a pot of water to boil. We were under the impression that the house manager was going to meet us and show us how things worked in the house and where things were when we checked in and that never happened. We never met him throughout the week and he was only somewhat helpful at times via text. We didn’t have water for about 15 hours which made for an interesting evening for 12 people who had all been to the beach, one who was ill, and had just cooked dinner. Again, the manager never came to meet us or investigate the problem in the house. Then I was charged extra money for a water clean up in the house when no management came to investigate the issue until he sent someone else 15 hours after the initial report of water issues.

50th birthdays trip

The property was wonderful. It had everything you needed. Plenty of room for everyone. The only thing was they had color toilet paper in the bathrooms which is no good for women. The property manager answered every question very quickly. Everything was within walking distance. Really no need for a car, which was super expensive. I would for sure rent the house again.

Family Vacation

The property was Great, everything you could need is provided. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Communication with Myrna and Claudio, was absolutely great. We had 1 hiccup with the gate entrance/exit (with only 1 individual), but that was taken care of. Location is great, walking distance to the main area and restaurants, very safe for our family. A suggestion, if the number to the Playacar taxi service could be provided, would help out a lot, but we made it work. Would definitely stay at this location again.

A perfect place to stay for your Playa del Carmen stay!

A group of 10 friends stayed at this property for just under a week. Leading up to the trip Myrna was very easy to communicate and was great to speak with. Made every accommodation that was needed for the group. The property is beautiful, there are a lot of rooms with beds that housed the group perfectly. Not too far of a walk to 5th ave to get to restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. This is a gated community, so we felt safe during our stay. Would highly recommend staying at this rental property.

Better than expected

The property was better than the pictures show. We had a family group of 13 from age 10 - 69. Nobody was crowded, the kids had their rooms and their was enough rooms for the 4 couples as well. The pool and jacuzzi were very convenient. The cleaning lady and pool guy were very polite and did an excellent job. The two refrigerators were a nice addition (one for drinks and one for food). We will absolutely stay here the next time we come back to Playa Del Carmen.
