It has direct access to the white, sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean only 2 minutes walk from the house. The house can comfortably accommodate 9 guests; ideal for large families or two families sharing a vacation. Right on the cul-de-sac the house shares a pool and tennis courts with its neighbors. The home is a 45 minute drive south of the Cancun airport. Bella Vista is just a short walk from the ferry boat to Cozumel and Playa del Carmen's famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue). The pedestrian street is lined with many handicraft shops, restaurants, international cafes and becomes truly vibrant at night. Less than a 10 minute walk away, Plaza Playacar has much to offer including: many wonderful shops which sell a myriad of things such as clothing, jewelry and Mexican crafts. Additional amenities include stores such as a pharmacy, a beauty shop with spa services, internet coffee café, a bank snack shop and more.
