This one does! Simply walk outside the back sliding glass door and you're on the slope with the ski lift in sight - just click in and ski straight down to the lift! When you're ready to take a break, or you're done for the day, just follow the beginner friendly ski trail down directly to the back door. This is truly a skiers paradise, and is one of very few condos on the mountain that offer this experience.

After the lifts close, enjoy cozy nights by the fire or some sledding out back with the kids! You might also consider taking a drive down to one of the nearby restaurants or bars on the mountain for some après-ski fun, or enjoy the natural, mineral-infused waters of the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs.

For Summer and Fall Visitors:

This property is a private paradise for summer fun, and when the leaves start to change in September, it's truly spectacular getaway.

Enjoy the summertime activities at Purgatory Resort with the village center just a few minutes walk down the mountain. Watch wildlife from your porch, or mountain bikers come down through to woodland trail right outside the back door!

If you're looking to set out on an adventure for the day, there are plenty of hiking trails nearby, some of which are right out the back door! Purgatory Resort also offers an assortment of fun activities perfect for kids like the Alpine Slide and the Inferno Coaster!

There's plenty to do in the surrounding area as well! Drive down to Durango and hop on the narrow gauge railroad for a day trip to Silverton, an old mining town tucked up in the mountains, or drive out to Mesa Verde, the awe inspiring cliffside dwellings that served as the home to the native Pueblo people for over 700 years!

Inside the Condo:

Our four bedrooms comfortably accommodate two full families - and it's the perfect setting for fun nights with family and friends. With a full kitchen, a wood burning fireplace stove, and updated interior amenities, you will be living in luxury for your entire stay!

The master suite has a comfortable king sized bed, and the two guest bedrooms upstairs are outfitted with queen beds. The upstairs loft has a twin sized bed, and the downstairs bedroom features a bunk bed (two twin sized beds) perfect for the kids!

At the end of the day, enjoy some home cooked meals in our fully stocked kitchen, or get ready for a night out in Durango!

We provide fresh towels and linens for each guest, along with complimentary, high-quality hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, and conditioner for a relaxing bath or shower during your stay.


A Message from the Owners:

My brother and I are dedicated to making your stay comfortable and clean. We replace the linens and towels often, and we have our five star cleaning service come through after each group of guests. If there is anything in particular you would like to have waiting for you when you arrive, whether it's a Keurig, Crock-Pot, or a Pack-n-Play (some previous special requests we've fulfilled), just let us know and we'd be happy to accommodate your needs.

Do you have access to the pool at the resort?
No, we are not members of the club at the resort so we do not have access to the amenities down at the lodge.

Do you have an outdoor grill?
Due to the high risk of wildfires in the area, we have opted to not have an outdoor grill.

Many properties say they are ski in, ski out. Are you actually on the ski slope?
Yes! This is the beauty of this property. You are steps away from the actual ski slope, and when the trails are open you are able to walk a few steps onto the mountain, put on your skis, and go directly down to the lift. You can also ski back around to the condo, no walking required!
