Welcome to ElkPoint Unit 4, a beautifully appointed 3-story end-unit townhome located directly on the slopes of Purgatory Resort-just 400 feet from the Purgatory Lodge pool and hot tub. Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience, breathtaking views, and a private, extra-long driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home is ideally positioned next to the Graduate Lift and features a heated garage for added comfort and ease.

Layout:

Ground Level:
A cozy bedroom with Queen-over Queen bunk beds and a twin memory foam rollaway, perfect for kids or additional guests. This room includes a private bathroom, TV, games, puzzles, comfortable couch and chair, and direct access to the patio with ski-in/ski-out entry.

Second Floor ( Main level):
An open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area-all with sweeping views of the Needles Mountains. Step out onto the balcony with a Weber gas grill. This level also features a luxurious primary suite with a King bed, dresser, nightstands, gas fireplace, private balcony, and spa-style ensuite bath with a jetted soaking and walk-in shower.

Third Floor:
Two more spacious bedrooms, each with a King bed. One of the rooms(second master) features a desk and chair, a private bathroom and a private deck. The other bedroom has a full sized bathroom just outside the door. A twin rollaway is tucked in one of the closets for extra sleeping flexibility. The loft area offers a full-sized Murphy bed, a loveseat, and gorgeous mountain views-a great bonus space for lounging or extra guests.

Resort Perks:
Guests enjoy access to the Purgatory Lodge amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, and full fitness center (club fee applies ). Plus, kids 12 an under ski for free!

Second Visit Just as Great

We visited last summer and the condo worked for our family of 11 so perfectly we came back this summer Everything was still just the way we remembered it! The location is perfect, the bedroom and bathroom set-ups are perfect. The ONLY thing we found tight was the dining area. It's set up for 6 people (2 barstools at the kitchen sink area also) - but we made it work by eating in shifts.

Location and Fun

We had three families, 8 kids total and we had a blast. Location to lifts was amazing! We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Our only complaint was the downstairs bedroom was hot to sleep in. But we will come back again! It was an amazing house and experience.

Terrific place!

We had our group of nine in for four days of skiing after Christmas. The place is just perfect. Julie was great to work with all of our questions in advance and made it easy. As a frequent traveler, I’m a bit picky about beds, and the, beds and mattresses were higher end and extremely comfortable. Views are terrific ski and ski out access is so easy. We hope to book this place again soon. A+++.

Fabulous Location for Family Reunion

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We knew the location was going to be phenomenal, we just didn't realize how easy it was to get everywhere on the mountain! We were able to walk over to the Mountain Club, the Alpine Slide, the ice cream and pizza store, the chair lifts and the pool within just a few minutes! The sleeping arrangements set up in the home worked perfectly for our family - we loved having an entire room downstairs with queen bunk beds, private bath & living area - this worked great for the family with little ones! The primary bedroom is on the same floor as the kitchen and living room and worked great for us early risers to get up, start the coffee and enjoy the cool mountain breezes! The closet in this room (as well as the storage throughout the entire home) was fabulous! The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs also worked great for another family with 2 kiddos. The adults had the upstairs secondary master while the kids shared a room and had their own bath. There is also a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen supplies were great - just about everything you needed - from spices, oil, syrup, to coffee filters, coffee, even pods for the Keurig. I know that can vary and we left some items to share as well. We noticed lots of extra fold up beds in storage areas if you needed extra sleeping spaces. The garage was another big plus - it held our full size SUV. The owner was fabulous to work with and answered our questions quickly!

This location is awesome! The Townhouse is beautiful! We love spring time skiing at Purgatory! Julie the host responded to my many questions promptly and was extremely helpful! We have been coming to Purgatory for over 10 years.

I love Colorado and anything outdoors. I am married with 4 daughters and 2 grandkids. We bought this beautiful townhome to accommodate our growing family for our special times together. Purgatory never disappoints!!

We owned a property at another resort for several years, and although we loved it...it was just getting way too crowded. So decided to move over to Purgatory and it was a great decision.

This property is unique in that we have incredible views of Needles Mountains, we are a true Ski-in Ski-out, and we have adequate parking with our extra long driveway. Our Townhome is stocked with everything you would need for an incredible stay on the mountain. We are located a stones throw from Purgatory Lodge where our guests can enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and fitness facility.
