Cottage on exclusive Rheault Bay - Lake of the Woods - 10 minute drive to Kenora

This road access 2145 sq' cottage boasts spectacular views of Lake of the Woods (LOTW), and private waterfront access on LOTW. The cottage is located on the highly sought after exclusive area of Rheault Bay, just 10 minutes west of Kenora by road or water. Keewatin Arena, Two Bears Marina, Royal Lake of the Woods Yacht Club and other public boat launches are only minutes away. You will enjoy a cozy, fully equipped cottage set in the woods, with private access to Lake of the Woods.

The property is "L" shaped. Looking out from the house, the corresponding lakefront lot is just in front of the lower parking lot. Located at the waterfront is a private beach perfect for little children and adults alike. There is a large open lawn available for playing games and other fun activities. Located at the beach is a fire pit for those evening campfires and cooking smores!! There is also a floating dock (20' x 12') to park any small boats/seadoo’s you may wish to bring or rent in nearby Kenora.

This is a fully furnished self-contained property. The main floor features 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Linens are provided. Master bedroom has queen size bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV wtih Netflix and patio access to private deck. Bedroom #2 & #3 have queen beds that sleep two people per room. Bedroom #4 has a single bed to sleep one person. Living room has a sectional sofa (with a pull out double bed), and flat screen TV with Netflix. Entire house has free Wi-Fi access. Laundry room includes washer/dryer. The front of the house is an open concept layout that includes the kitchen, sitting room, dining room and access to elevated deck overlooking beautiful LOTW. Kitchen has fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and various other amenities. Sitting room includes leather sectional located close to a gas fireplace. Sliding doors right beside the dining area provide access to a wrap around deck with patio set and lounge chairs overlooking Rheault Bay. Propane BBQ available to use.

If you like to fish, Lake of the Woods has some of the best fishing in Northwestern Ontario. Kenora has two golf courses and a large recreation centre that are within minutes of the property. Kenora has a weekly farmers market where you can purchase fresh local goods. There are also concerts at the Harbourfront (i.e. HarbourFest) throughout the summer.

Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed inside property.

PLEASE NOTE: The property in its entirety consists of two parcels of land. The first parcel is set back in the woods, which is where the cottage and additional parking space is located. The second parcel, which is directly across from the extra parking space, is a vacant waterfront/lakefront lot (that is all lawn) with private lake access, a fire pit, a beach, and dock. The property rental is inclusive of both parcels of land.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT RENTAL RATES
Check-in time is 12pm on the day your arrive and checkout time is at 12pm the day your depart. If you have additional questions regarding check-in/check-out times, please contact property manager to discuss.

A booking deposit equal to 50% of the total rental charge is due at time of booking. The balance of the rental charge and Security Deposit ($500) is due 55 days prior to arrival date.

Upon submission of rental enquiry, a booking form will provided for completion prior to confirming reservation. Upon submission of completed booking form and payment of booking deposit a Rental Agreement will be provided.

OWNERS CANCELLATION POLICY: Please ask the owner or check rental agreement when booking the property.
