Very cozy apartment, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. Claudia made us feel very welcome and even stopped by with some extra milk.

The apartment was very well equipped! You could easily notice the caring the owner puts on it. We stayed four nights and was our base for our visit to Vermont. Located in a lovely small town, with places to eat and do shopping right there. Will recommend to anyone going to Vermont for several days.
We have stayed at this property numerous times. It is comfortable, spotlessly clean, charming with a well equipped kitchen. A parking area, off the street, is very helpful. The location is perfect - at the center of town with restaurants and a dinner. Claudia, the host, is very reachable if you run into any problems or have questions.
My family and I stayed in this property for memorial day weekend to celebrate a birthday. It is conventionally located above a delicious pizza place and a cute coffee shop! The place was clean and had all of the essentials. 10/10 would recommend for a cozy weekend getaway!
Beautiful, clean space in a multi-unit apartment building. The owner met us as we were checking in and introduced herself. Nicely decorated and ample space to hang out. There’s a great Italian restaurant below the apartment and a great coffee shop right next door. Parking is limited and unpaved - would be a mess in the rain.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was well cleaned. There’s a great little market (Buffalo Grocery) across the street and it’s relatively close to Craftsbury Outdoor Center (destination). Our bed was comfy.
This place is as charming as listing’s photos. The apartment setup is well thought out and well equipped. The large windows give a bird’s eye view of the street, river and hills beyond. Above Positive Pie and Front Seat Coffee with the Village Restaurant across the street eating options are within steps. Claudia was an excellent host and it was fun hearing about the challenges of renovating an old building while retaining its charm.
Wonderful restored older building. Well equipped. Close to restaurants. Tricky to find parking lot but once located all was great. Host was responsive.

Neat and clean place. Situated in main Hardwick street, at the heart of north Vermont. A little far from main Vermont cities and attractions. Would recommend.
Everything about it was great. The host was friendly. The home was stocked with anything you could need while you’re traveling. Including condiments. The only thing I would say, is I was working with the public and there wasn’t a full length mirror.

Great apartment that is near everything we needed.
What a fun place to stay! The apartment is very close to several places to eat and shop. We loved the calzones at Positive Pie and the mussels at The Scale House. The decor was beautiful and inspiring, and the apartment was clean. Claudia was very helpful and she gave us a few great recommendations for our winter adventures. We are hoping to come back again when the weather warms up!

Hi, Avalon, Thanks for the lovely review. I so enjoyed meeting you and Deveran (sp?) and your very well behaved dogs. My dog could stand to be so obedient. I really do hope to see you up here again in the (differently) beautiful weather!
Best regards, Claudia
The renovations on the historic building apt are beautiful and apt is completely comfortable. Downtown Hardwick is just outside the door. Bring earplugs for the traffic if you aren’t used to the city. Hardwick is a hub and all vehicles including trucks go through town.
This beautiful apt is spacious, stylish and very comfortable. There’s a view of the river from the front room. It’s right in the heart of town above a good restaurant and bar and across the street from the best diner. There was also a day pass to the local workout fitness center. This is a beautiful area. Highly recommend.
My short stay at this second floor gem was very comfortable inside an apartment full of warm furniture and double height ceiling. Light streamed in the bay window and illuminated everything- loved it. Located In the relative centre of a small town overlooking a river parking my car in the back felt safe and was easy. The owner was very accessible and even left a message about a charger that was picked up by cleaning staff when I departed the last day. I was nearby and I picked it up- thank you Claudia. I would happily return for a longer stay next time and take advantage of the washer and dryer.
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all. There is some traffic noise but the bedroom has a noise machine. I slept well! The other guests in the apartment building were as quiet as a mouse!
We loved the apartment, beautifully decorated. Claudia was kind to call and ensure we were checked in ok. Everything we needed was walking distance. Will stay here again when in this area.
This is our fourth time staying here in Claudia’s apartments. The location is perfect, the apartments are comfortable and well stocked. Claudia goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is perfect!
Nice little town, Very good pizza place downstairs and a nice breakfast place right across the street. Coffee place right downstairs too.
Kitchen was nicely supplied, and having gas range was nice too!
Apartment we stayed in was in the front, did have road noise, if you are used to complete silence at night, might cause a restless night. Ask for a back apartment and you should be Ok.
Overall very good experience for a very quick visit, would stay again!
