Adagio B-104: Beach-front 4 bedroom - Steps from the beach walkover!!!

This beautiful Adagio beach-front unit has one of the best locations on the property bar none. From the back patio, you can turn left and walk immediately through the gate to the heated infinity pool or turn right to be just a few steps away from the boardwalk down to the beach.


The owners have updated the unit for the 2025 season. Updated kitchen, furnishings and newly updated bathrooms round out this already great unit!


The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble back splashes, a gas stove, and stainless appliances. The dining room seats eight with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has an additional table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool and just 30 yards from the front door of this unit. The gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak and paddle board rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.


Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.


Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit by the association. Contact management for third-car options.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Adagio, the pools, and the location. However, this was the worst condo we have stayed in. It was dirty, gross carpets, seemed run down. There was a smell in one of the bedrooms. Tons of trash and things under the couches and beds. The rental company came quickly to help BUT it was disappointing for the amount of money you spend for a week. Also, I usually see workers walking around checking on pools, picking up trash, ect. I didn’t see anyone this week.

    Be Aware of unit B104 it is not NEW at all.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The roaches and Palmetto bugs ruined our vacation . The management company acted like it was no big deal I was killing 20 to 30 large bugs a day inside this unit after I went and bought bug spray to help kill the bugs.After 2 days of waiting on an exterminator bugs were still coming out not only in the kitchen but bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry room..I have asked for the manager Scott to call me but he hasn’t yet. My daughters and granddaughters were terrified fo these large bugs, and very concerned about how sanitized the unit actually was. I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless you like throwing away groceries and stomping on bugs day and night, because the front office doesn’t think it is a big concern or inconvenience.. I did hear from the office personnel that the owners are in this unit quite often have never said anything about the bugs. hard to believe they would let their investment go down in value by not keeping it clean and sanitized. I have been staying in Santa Rosa for many years and never had any issues with roaches and bugs. This is not A NEW UNIT as advertised.

We rented a car but it's possible to have groceries delivered (too far to walk). All the pots, pans, appliances (including large washer/dryer), silverware, plates one could ever need were provided. We had some issues (a clogged toilet; broken lock) at arrival, all handled promptly and with a smile. Needed sheets in the middle of the night (sick baby) and the phone was answered. At least 3 of the 5 tvs were smart tvs; didn't use the 4th tv. Guests were respectful of one another's space and property. It really was quiet at 10pm! We rented an umbrella and chairs for three days and lounged in the community area three days. Enjoyed both experiences. Staff was helpful and kind. Would definitely do this again.

This unit was conveniently located near the beachside pool and steps to the beach. We were extremely happy with the unit itself and staff. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella service a few days and used our own beach gear a few days. I guess the only negative thing is that the rental area reserves most of the space on the private beach. The private setups only get less than 1/3 of the space. I will say that in doing so it keeps a more upscale resort-like appearance to the beach area. (I don’t blame them)

    Great Location - spacious unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our location and the spaciousness of this unit. However - it has quite a bid of deferred maintenance that was disappointing. We had hardly any hot water the first few days. The ice maker didn’t work (there are 2), the stove igniter clicks all the time when cooking, the sliding glass door does not lock, the oven only works on convect and the tv kept locking up. We did call about a few things and they were attentive- but we really didn’t want to be trying to fix all their issues on our 6 day vacation. For $1,000 a day- we would not have expected so many issues. Would go back - but may stay at a different unit.

I have stayed at this complex before, and love the Blue Mountain Beach area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Upgrades have been done to the condo, since the first rental pictures. If I was to change anything, I would do a deep cleaning of the kitchen. The pots and pans, drawers and cabinets need a thorough cleaning. February is a great time to stay. Adagio Realty was great to work with and addressed my concerns promptly. There are many good restaurants nearby. I look forward to returning next year.
