The room was clean and nicely decorated. The view and location was great! The tv needs repaired in family room. I tried to contact the host and he did not respond. Communication with host was not good but other than that the condo was wonderful.

Perfect stay!

Loved our stay. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and toilet paper. Could have used a broom inside the unit to help with all the sand. Otherwise, everything we needed and more.

We really enjoyed our stay ! The room was big enough for 3 children under 10 and 5 adults! Pool was nice and we were directly on the beach which helps with the kiddos! There were lots of toys and chairs , umbrellas everything you need for the beach! The only cons were the room was not clean the balcony windows were filthy , the floors were not swept or mopped and the refrigerator still needs to be replaced(seen this in a previous review), it doesn’t seal properly but we made do with it. Great place to stay , but maybe find another cleaning company. Thanks for the memories!

Absolutely Perfect!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 with a 10 year old and 3 adult children. It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and perfectly located in walking distance to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking coffee and in the evening having cocktails. It's on the 3rd floor so just a short walkway took us to the beach and pool and provided great views of the coastline. There was a huge closet of beach toys, chairs boogie boards, etc. The only piece of advice I would give to renters is bring everything you need in the way of condiments and paper products (salt, pepper, TP, everything!) We will be back!!

Old and outdated. Needs updated bad. Pictures were very misleading and the after hours attendant was extremely rude! Parking was absolutely ridiculous! 0 out of 5 stars! Worst place I have ever stayed! Bathroom ceiling was cracked and falling apart. Air conditioning couldn’t even keep up in 75 degree weather!

Best condo for a family

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. 2 teens and 2 young boys. They provided EVERYTHING down to beach chairs, sand toys,and umbrellas. Plenty of blankets and the view was amazing. Thank you!

Vacation property review

This property truly is amazing! The easiest check- In process. We arrived to pick up our keys and headed to the condo. The condo was spacious and clean! The beach front view was perfect and enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night time. We loved the convenience of having everything in walking distance. They even had a closet full of beach items for the kids to use! If only they would have had a keypad vs an actual key but really wasn’t a big deal but can be an upkeep when going to the beach. Over all I highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have owned condos in Gulf Shores for 30 years and have been an active participant in the upkeep and maintenance of the property. This unit has clearly been neglected by the owner. Front door has large perimeter gaps and dead bolt does not engage easily; bathroom towel bars fall off easily; front bedroom windows were tiny; no window from master bedroom to outdoors - only a clearstory; patio door glass was filthy; frig door seal was not tight and allowed moisture to accumulate inside of frig and ice cycles to form; kitchen marginally furnished - no electric skillets, no rubber spatulas, no left-over containers; internet router is locked away and when it went down 2 days into our stay, we could not reset it and no one showed up to assist; no screens on any windows or doors; hvac unit was noisy; parking lot very tight. Other than that, the place was great.
