Amazing experience

The apartment was super comfortable with all the modern amenities.It is super clean and cosy. The kitchen is great for staying in and cooking your own meals, but there are also a lot of good restaurants close by. The kids beach is right next to the apartment or dive right off the dock into the ocean. Prcang is a great...

Truly amazing apartment - beautiful stone house...

The apartment is a ground floor unit. The view of the bay is just spectacular from the ponta. All the kitchen amenities are of an excellent quality and the Miele coffee machine is to die for... There is a lovely big ponta just across the small road that belongs to the house which is fantastic to swim from in the summer months. We visited in August and it was just a fantastic vacation, there is also several bars within walking distance, and an excellent pizzeria... I would highly recommended this apartment - we had an amazing week and will definitely be back !!!

Perfect!

You can't find better accommodation in Prcanj. The house has been updated, decorated beautifully and is situated about 20 metres from the water. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here and could easily slip back and forth from the jetty (the stone dock) to the house for snacks, meals etc. And the water is amazing for swimming, warm and clean! Julie was a fantastic host who had lots of recommendations for local activities (we did all of them, and were not disappointed). Thank you for an amazing trip, our kids keep asking to go back...and we will!!

My husband and I met while we were living in Greece. In 2005, still living in Greece, we decided to take a family vacation (with 10-month-old twins!!) in Montenegro. We were lucky enough to rent a converted farmhouse in Prcanj, and we fell in love with the area. On that same trip, we purchased the villa. Over almost two years, we completely gutted and renovated it. We moved from Greece and lived full-time in Montenegro. The girls are now in university, and we cannot spend as much time in Montenegro, so we decided to list the villa and apartment, hoping that others would have the opportunity to spend time in this unique and very special home.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property on the spot! The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful, over 300-year-old stone captain's house (I believe the 2nd built in Prcanj), and it is front-line (what Montenegrins call waterfront), which is not so easy to come by. Also unique to the apartment is a hedged and gated front patio (most properties end at the front door). And of course, the spectacular Kotor Bay views are a big plus!

What makes this property unique

One of the best benefits of our apartmenta is location, location, location! There is all you need within walking distance from the apartment: mini market, restaurants, cafes, bakery, post office. Prcanj has it all while still retaining its old world charm and beauty. It is family friendly and it never seems over run with tourists - but best of all there is no need to drive! We are on the local bus route to both the walled castle city of Kotor and Tivat with the super yacht marina, Porto Montenegro and the pedestrian sea walk, Pine. Honestly unless I am doing a big shop at Voli in Tivat or visiting further a field, I never drive.
