Vista Boka - Apartamento muy amplio en el primer piso con gran terraza privada y vistas panorámicas a la bahía. Dormitorio 1: cama doble grande con vistas a las montañas detrás, armario / tocador, silla, aire acondicionado / calefacción. Dormitorio 2: con dos camas individuales, mesilla de noche, silla y aire acondicionado / calefacción. Cuarto de baño con suelo a techo, incluye WC, espejo, lavabo, cabina de ducha y lavadora. Cocina con 4 fuegos, horno, nevera-congelador, tostadora, plancha, tabla de planchar y tendedero, así como todas las cacerolas, cubiertos y vajilla que necesitará. El comedor consta de una mesa de comedor de madera / vidrio con cuatro sillas. El salón principal tiene un sofá doble frente al mar y dos sillones individuales, alfombra, estantería, mesa de café, televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Se proporcionan todas las sábanas y toallas y el apartamento se limpia el día de la entrega. Terraza con vistas a la bahía con mesa y sillas. Limpieza adicional se puede arreglar si es necesario.

Boka Heights

Wonderful views, including from the pool. Air conditioning really makes a difference and was well worth it. Super apartment and good communication from the host.

Spectacular view

The apartment is well equipped and very clean. You have your own parking space, the view is breathtaking. Nearby there is a bakery and a small supermarket. The pool in the complex is also very nice. We had a small defect in the shower which was immediately fixed - really great! Only the kitchen is not equipped for larger cooking.

Nice condo overlooking Kotor Bay

Great location in Dobrota which is close enough to Kotor Old Town to easily visit, but far enough to avoid the crowds on cruise ship days. This apartment is spacious, well appointed and has a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we returned to the Boka Heights because of the apartment we rented last year which had a far superior view, privacy and better layout. This apartment was not available for our dates this year, so we settled for the Boka View. Our neighbors were heavy smokers and the weather was cool and rainy, neither distractions for which our landlord was responsible. The property manager was very responsive and the apartment served our needs. It was far more expensive than the better apartment we rented last year, so the beauty of Kotor Bay must no longer be a secret to tourists.

Just wonderful!

The photos are REAL! This place is truly this gorgeous. We managed to have rain, clouds, sun and amazing moonlit evenings (in 48 hours) and the views are simply stunning in all weather. The apartment is also just as pictures, lovely in every way (with a well appointed kitchen btw). Also, the owners were responsive, lovely and extremely helpful with all my questions. I felt very nervous planning this trip, and their help was so valuable. A few details I would have wanted to know in advance include, the location is not in a village but in a small cluster of houses on the hillside. It is located in between Kotor and Perast - roughly 15 minutes drive to either. There are many stairs to get into the apartment (others mentioned this, so we were prepared). We had neighbors who were having a small and very appropriate gathering (not being loud) and the walls do not protect from sound. We brought ear plugs and just slept with them in. But if you are sensitive to sound (we are) you might like knowing this . You will have to take out the trash at the end of your stay, but this is a very easily accomplished and explained by the hosts. Truly a wonderful experience!

Lovely spacious apartment with beautiful sea view

We had a great stay at Boka View. The views from the terrace were splendid, especially at sunset. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage space and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very good. Note that there are 102 steps leading up to the apartment from the car park, which was a bit of a struggle in the 32 degree heat and humidity! However, we felt that the view from the balcony more than justified the effort! If we were ever to return to Dobrota, we would not hesitate booking this lovely apartment again.

Beautiful

The views from the apartment and the pool are absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. We occasionally couldn’t get a lounger by the pool but it was never very busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. Our local contact was very helpful and the broken umbrella was replaced very quickly when we reported it. Make sure you put them down as the winds suddenly whip up from nowhere. We loved the area - we didn’t manage half of our plans in a week so we will have to return!

Appartement de très bon standing et spacieux, très propre, mobilier très bien aussi, vue superbe sur le fjord. Assez facile à trouver, et très bon contact avec la personne qui gère les arrivées/sorties. J’ajouterai que le Monténégro dans son ensemble reste une destination très sympa car encore un peu préservé du tourisme de masse, et la population est très accueillante. Je recommande vraiment l’appartement et la destination.

Mooi, ruim appartement op een geweldige plek

Het appartement overtrof onze verwachting. Het is ruim, zowel binnen als ook het balkon. Alles is aanwezig: een goede keuken om zelf te koken, een prima badkamer met zelfs een wasmachine, een tv met dvd-speler en véél dvd's, een gezellig zitje buiten met een goede parasol... noem het en het is er! Wat de plek zo fijn maakt, is het geweldige uitzicht. Het appartement ligt hoog (dus wel een aantal trappen op!) en daardoor overzie je de baai. Verder is er een fijn zwembad met goede ligbedden. In het dorp is op loopafstand een supermarkt en bakker, maar ook een leuk strandje met prima restaurant. Om Kotor te bezoeken heb je wel een auto nodig, of taxi of bus. Maar wij vonden het fijn om niet in Kotor zelf te verblijven, want het is daar erg druk. Er is heel veel te zien en te doen in de directe omgeving en Montenegro is zo klein (en mooi!!) dat het appartement wellicht ook als uitgangspunt kan dienen om een groter deel van het land te zien. Wij willen hier heel graag nog een keer naar terug! De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep per mail/app en dit ging heel soepel. We ontvingen een uitgebreide routebeschrijving naar het appartement en via een sleutelkluis konden we onszelf binnen laten. Perfect!

Great spot to base for time in Old Town Kotor or exploring the region. Clean and bright. We loved watching cruise ships come in early in the morning.

The most beautiful spot in Dabrota

We recently stayed in Boka Heights. It was beautiful.. it's so high up, so be prepared for some steps, but the view is most definitely worth it. The apartment itself was well equipped with eveything you need for a short break or even 2 week stay. Its a large apartment with good shower and cooking facilitties, balcony, table and chairs and did I mention the view? We arrived at the beginning of April, so it was out of season so I think most nearby restaurants were closed for the season, but there is a small supermarket, 5 minutes walk away and a fab bakery which serve the biggest and most delicious chocolate croissants I have ever seen... Personally I'd say that you'd need a hire car, we didn't and got around just fine...if you are getting a cab, just make sure you check how much you are paying BEFORE you get in! Communication with the owner and host was brilliant. We would definitely return, maybe at the end of summer next time. I would definitely reccommend this apartment...

Great apartment with stunning view!

We had a brilliant week here. The apartment itself was spacious and air conditioned throughout all the rooms which we really appreciated as temperatures reached up to 45 degrees during our stay! The view from the balcony was truly stunning and we enjoyed it at all different times of the day. The pool in the complex was clean and of a good size and the children loved it! We also enjoyed going down to the seafront and jumping in and snorkeling from one of the local restaurant's shaded jetties. On a couple of occasions we saw dolphins which was lovely! There were a number of restaurants nearby that served good food and we also got a taxi in to Old Kotor a few times which was really easy to do. This was a great apartment and we would highly recommend it to others! Our only suggestion would be to increase the number of chairs on the balcony from 2 to 4 so that the whole family could sit out and enjoy the gorgeous view together!

Lovely apartment in a great location

I would highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious and clean and is in a fantistic location with the best view over the bay. The evening sunsets are amazing. It is very calm and relaxing with a good pool

Just gorgeous!

When we arrived in the apartment our response was WOW. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious and had air con, which we very much appreciated. The large private balcony and views it offered was just amazing. I think it's fair to say you don't get a view like this without accessing a steep road and steps!!! But we found it was well worth it. There is a small supermarket and bus stops 10 min walk away.

Amazing place

We first visited Montenegro in 2003 and after falling in love with this then little known jewel in the Adriatic,have traveled the length and breadth of the country since and have never ceased to be amazed by it's beautiful photogenic scenery, good food, wine, beaches, castles, monasteries, olive groves, vineyards and colorful locals. We decided early on that we had to buy a holiday home here and after carefully researching each and every area over some three years (we lived in the apartment for a while) including the villages around the bay. We settled on these elevated properties in Dobrota, although in a quiet vicinity you are still only minutes away from both beaches and mountain locations, which makes this an ideal base for a vacation. We still take our holidays here every year.
