Amplio apartamento en el corazón del casco antiguo

Apartamento renovado de 3 dormitorios (116 m2) en el primer piso disponible para alquilar. Tiene 2 baños y tiene capacidad para 7 o 9.
Situado en una parte tranquila, pero central, dentro de los muros de Kotor. Con vistas a una hermosa plaza y con vistas a la fortaleza de la colina. Aunque el lugar se encuentra en una parte relajada de la ciudad, son solo 2-3 minutos de paseo por algunas esquinas y por estrechas y viejas carreteras de ladrillos hasta los lugares más activos (más ruidosos) de Kotor. Allí encontrará una gran cantidad de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, bancos, varias tiendas, galerías, un mercado al aire libre, clubes, iglesias anticuarias y muchos otros servicios.
El apartamento del primer piso está totalmente equipado con jacuzzi y aire acondicionado en las tres habitaciones y en la espaciosa y combinada cocina / sala de estar.
Si es necesario, el sofá de la sala de estar se puede convertir en una cama doble de 140x200 cm para permitir que los invitados no 8 y 9 duerman allí.

Observación para aquellos particularmente sensibles a los sonidos;
Unos días cada verano hay un festival (Kotor Arts) que organiza conciertos a las afueras del apartamento. Estas noches, de dos a cuatro en julio-agosto, puede haber música a todo volumen. Además, algunos invitados notan un tipo de "humo" de un transformador eléctrico en el sótano del edificio. Se está desarrollando una acción correctiva para esto, pero si usted es particularmente sensible a los sonidos, esto debe llevarse a cabo.

Great place for a long term stay

We stayed here for almost a month. First, we loved the location. Right in the old town, but close enough to north gate that we weren’t trudging through the whole city with our bags or groceries. It also overlooks Cat Square which was great entertainment for my kids. The space inside is ample and having two full bathrooms was great. There were a few small things that came up throughout our stay, as always do, but Stein was super responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in the house easy. We’d definitely recommend a stay here

Splendid experience

This apartment has it all! Perfect location, very friendly host, always ready to assist, cozy beds, spacious, fully equipped kitchen n living room. We are family of five enjoyed every single moment in this place. It is a gem! Would like to come again one day!

Amazing place

Rental was amazing, it was lil hard to find at first even with clear instructions, it’s just because there are soooo many buildings nearby and they’re built using same materials but once you find the building in the picture and follow lil alley you find it. Stein was amazing, kept communicating throughout our stay, fast with responses, property was clean, AC worked amazing, parking was lil bit hectic during our stay due to season and summer crowds but if you don’t mind walking 15mins and pay for parking you’ll have no issues. Thank you for hosting us.

Convenience & space in unbeatable location

We had an unforgettable experience living in this apartment for several weeks spanning April-May-June. The location is impossible to beat; its just within the old city walls, North/River which means even if its not accessible by car, its only a 1 minute walk to the exit, where you have taxis, shops and access to the "modern" part of Kotor where the beach, shopping mall and trailheads for the mountains is within easy reach on foot. The entrance is behind the "cat square" where you will see bustling life and lots of tourist taking photos of cats and the old church. But still the apartment is secluded enough to feel privacy and to have a cool quiet space when the square is too hot and busy midday.The apartment itself has all the amenities you can imagine, and all the rooms are functional and spacious. Add stable wifi, and some nice extras like a mini library, games, movie streaming even a small arsenal of earplugs for the soft sleeper (there is some noise from a power generator in the backyard the occasional concert on the city wall) Stein and Trine were great hosts and showed us around on our first day plus always easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a 5 star experience. Highly recommended!

Top Lage des Appartements

Die Lage des Appartements ist absolut komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmässig und ausreichend. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Ein Aber gibt es : Die Trafostation im Erdgeschoss macht fürchterlichen Krach. Man kann nicht schlafen in den hinteren zwei Zimmern und es ist sehr warm in den Zimmern. Ich möchte aber trotzdem eine sehr gute Bewertung abgeben, weil alles andere perfekt war. Fam. Tschamper aus Strengelbach

Great location, responsive owner, mixed feelings about actual flat

The location is great in the Old Town. The sitting-room/dining/kitchen area is very nice as are the two bathrooms but the bedrooms are fairly basic. Below the apartment is a large electrical transformer for the block and it creates a constant loud buzz and quite a lot of heat, especially in the bedrooms. This may not be an issue for other people but was a significant issue for our party. There is air-con in each room and this will definitely be needed. Stein is a responsive owner and helpful.

The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures. Extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Situated in a perfect location to explore Kotor and surrounding areas. Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in Kotor

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und auch Küche und Bäder sind mehr als vollständig. Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt und mitten drinn bedeutet hier auch wirklich im Herzen. Die Wege sind dementsprechend kurz, aber auch die Touristen sind nicht fern. Quasi direkt unter dem Küchenfenster. Wenn man die Fenster schließt herrscht aber Ruhe und die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos. Der Kontakt mit Stein Media ist unglaublich freundlich und unmittelbar. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten, da Kotor sehr klein ist und nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr viel hergibt.

A modern, great apartment in a beautiful old city.

We have been two families of eight who have been on a trip together. This was our first visit to Kotor and Montenegro. We found the condo of Stein through HomeAway. The apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, modern and in a fantastic location within the walls of Kotor. Our days started with a trip before breakfast. At that time there is a shadow in the city and lovely to walk or run. So have breakfast with fresh bread from the baker. Most days we used the city beach which is 5-10 minutes away. A very nice beach with opportunities for lunch and refreshments. We also had one day on a beach out on the coast and another day on a boat trip. In the afternoons and evenings we spent in Kotor's old town. There are many cozy restaurants on the many different squares inside the walls. Perhaps too many tourists, but anyway very cozy. We are very pleased with the week in Kotor and would like to have a new visit. Maybe then a little off season

Fantastic!

The apartment is just as it's described. It is a fabulous apartment and is fully equipped. Stein is extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with. A wonderful place to call home while you're away! Kotor is an amazing town and a great place to make your home base when exploring Montenegro. Montenegro is a beautiful country with extremely kind people. We loved our trip here.

We are Stein and Trine, Norwegians used to traveling and having previously lived in both Belgium, The UK and the US. We have daughter in her early twentieth and a cat as well.

We love traveling, to see and explore new places and are also quite interested in the history behind people and places.

As often as work and other comittments allow we try to go to Montenegro. But we are not able to be there as often as we would like. Therefore, other people are invited to use our very nice apartment. It is to good not go be used :-)

We absolutely love this old town and Montenegro, its friendly people, great food and amazing landscape, and would like to give others a chance to experience it too.
The apartment is very central to everything in town making it easy to walk anywhere.
We recommend to check out which festivals are on when you plan to go to Kotor, there is often something exiting going on.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Living inside the walls of Kotor feels a bit like being in a medieval movie (think; Game of Thrones). Authentic and full of history.
Everything is very close, but the layout of the town is such that our apartment is very seldome troubled by the nightlife and the at times jubilant people.

When you step outside of the building you have 4 restaurants, a wineshop, two small stores, a hairdresser, two galleries and numerous shops within a 80 meter radius.
It is very easy to find even if you are visiting the town for the first time.
