Easy to reach, close to parking and roads.
Situated in a quiet, yet central part inside the walls of Kotor. Overlooking a lovely square and with views to the hilltop fortress. Although the place is in a relaxed part of the city it is only 2-3 minutes of leisurly stroll around a few corners and down narrow old brick roads to the more active (an loud) places of Kotor. There you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafés, bars, banks, various stores, galleries, an outdoor market, clubs, antic churches and numerous other services.
The first floor apartment is fully equipped with Jacuzzi and air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and in the combined and spacious kitchen/living room.
If needed the couch in the living room can be made into a 140x200cm double bed to allow guest no 8 and 9 to sleep there.

Remark for those particularly sensitive to sounds;
A few days each summer there is a festival (Kotor Arts) that arrange concert just outside the apartment. These nights, two to four in July-August, there may be some loud music. Also, some guests notice a type of ´hum´ from an electrical transformer in the basement of the building. Remedial action for this is under development, but if your are particularly sensitive to sounds this should be taken into action.
