Sea Oats offre un accès au lagon et à l'accès à la plage DEEDED de l'autre côté de la rue! Sea Oats H102 est très spacieux et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Idéal pour les familles!

Le salon est l'endroit idéal pour se réunir et profiter de votre émission de télévision préférée après une journée de divertissement à la plage.

Admirez la vue panoramique sur la plage et le golfe étincelant depuis votre balcon privé. Profitez de la brise de sel de la balançoire et admirez les couchers de soleil sur l'eau! Ce complexe au bord de l’eau dispose de 4 piscines (2 grandes piscines principales, 2 piscines pour enfants), d’un accès direct à la plage et d’une rampe de mise à l'eau privée. Ce complexe a tout pour plaire! Le condo est une grande unité 2Br / 2Ba entièrement équipée pouvant accueillir 8 personnes! Ce condo au premier étage est situé sur West Beach, juste en face de sa propre plage privée!

Ce condo de vacances a quelques mises à jour récentes, y compris les nouveaux comptoirs de cuisine et dosseret (octobre 2016)! Le balcon privé offre une vue sur la plage. Cuisine entièrement équipée a tous les appareils et une machine à glaçons dans le réfrigérateur. Condo a 3 chaînes de télévision par câble (ALL FLAT SCREEN), magnétoscope et 2 DVD. Sea Oats H102 a également une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Perfect for a family getaway

Very conveniently located just off the main section of the strip, but close enough to be near anything you may want to do. The property was perfect for us and our family. Would definitely stay again!

Great Condo!

This is the second time weve stayed at this property but the first in this condo and it was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for my family (3 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 10 year old). Anything we couldve wanted was available in the kitchen and there was enough started supplies to last the first 2 days. The swing on the balcony was mine and my husband's favorite spot! The host was very responsive when I had questions and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great family vacation

The condo was clean, fully furnished with a full kitchen perfect for what we needed. A quick walk across the street we were at the beach. Very peaceful area no issues with noise or parties. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching and listening to the ocean. Qould definitely stay here again

Exceeded expectations!

This “cottage-style” condo made for a great home away from home. Clean and comfortable with a good location Sea Oats is a couple miles away from the downtown action, which made for a quieter, less-busy getaway, although you’ll have to drive to get to the restaurants and shopping. Walking across the street to get to the beach was never an issue and my favorite place was the covered dock on the lagoon. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was functional. Great value and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our Little League World Series Stay

The beach access was great. It was a short walk and having access to water hoses at the condo to wash off sand was a nice surprise. The fishing pier was also a short walk and the pool was large enough to have several families there. The Parking was great as well. The Condo itself was a slight disappointment. The hallway leading to the Condo has a Moldy/dank smell. The inside of the Condo needs a deep clean. There were dust throughout the condo giving the appearance that a decent cleaning had not been done. Teammates of ours stayed in the same Sea Oats complex and after seeing their Condo, it was evident that this one needed to be updated/remodeled. Overall, with the little time that we spent in the actual condo, as we spent most of our time at the beach, pool, fishing, etc, we enjoyed our stay.

Location and view excellent! Interior and cleanliness lacking.

Location was excellent as was the view. However, the interior needs attention. The kitchen has been remodeled and it was fine. Plenty of utensils and pots/pans. Need new mattresses in the bedroom with the two full beds, they have a board in between the mattress and box springs. Walls had chipped paint and scuff marks. My biggest issue was cleanliness. When you have to purchase products to mop the floors because the soles of your feet are black from the floor, there's a problem. The interior of the washing machine had not been cleaned from the previous guests and the dirt/dust on and around the machine indicated the area had not been cleaned in months. Linens were clean, bedspreads were filthy. And there was a pile of dust behind the headboards. I would encourage the owners or those managing the property to inspect the condo after the cleaning team is done. It's basic housekeeping folks. I would also encourage the owners to invest in a little maintenance; buy some Rustoleum and spray paint the chains on the porch swing. Plastic vines woven in the chains to hide the rust doesn't work. The chairs on the deck were rusty also. Again, if the owners would be willing to invest a little, this condo would be an absolute beauty.

Nice location

Condo was a great location, short walk to the beach. Condo had a couple things wrong but did not trouble our stay. Master bath toilet did not flush unless we took the lid of tank and move the thing inside. Bath tubs took forever to drain. Loved that the beach was not busy . The pool was nice.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had the most relaxing family vacation here. Just a very short walk to the get to the beach and it was never too crowded. The bathrooms are a bit small, and our iron and vacuum cleaner didn’t work but those things were not that big of a deal to us. The kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed as we cooked several nights during our stay. My family would most definitely stay here again! The swing on the balcony was my favorite!

Nice location

We like to stay outta the crowds. This is a nice safe area to stay. Short walk across the street from the beach. Can sit on porch swing and see the ocean. If you like upgrade like granite counter tops and all you will not like this place. It is not up dated but it had nice appliances, tile flooring and the beds were comfy to us and no issues. The pools were nice and clean and close to the room.

The only bad thing was the pots and pans were horrible with sticking. The condo was clean, awesome veiw! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. Short walk across to the beach, the pool is nice.

July 2021 Gulf Shores Sea Oats H102

We did enjoy our time in Gulf Shores. To avoid this in the future since guests pay for the cleaning service fee I would recommend a review of the housekeeping that is being done. Not only was the whole condo dirty, the furniture disheveled and covered in sand, but there was broken fans, closet doors, burnt out lights, and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and needed cleaned before use. Which made our initial impression very poor. We like the location and the amenities, there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to rest and enjoy our time together. The porch swing was the best part.

Hi and thanks for staying with us, but this review makes no sense. This is a 2 story condo, and does not have an elevator, never has or will. Amenities actually note 'No Elevator' on the listing. This is a 1st level condo. Also, there is no issue with the closet door, as it could only have been pulled off its hinges. Guest reporting no issue, and the unit has a full size washer and dryer, working fine. We surely don't understand why people write reviews like this. We got the guest in 2 hours early also.

Perfect location

The location of this property was perfect. The porch and the pool area was perfect for our family. The rental did need some updating, we had to change blown out light bulbs, and replace the filter for the air to cool the place (looked as it hadn’t been changed in quite a while). The table and chairs need to be replaced they were very loose and the table lost a bolt and tilted while we were there. It needed a good sweeping as there was left over food from other visitors. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies which was nice. The beds were comfy but the sheets had stains on them. We opted to sleep on top of the comforters. All in all we had a very nice time. Just some minor things to think about when cleaning. The porch was our favorite part as we spent much time out there. Thank you for letting us stay we enjoyed our vacation.

Dirty and outdated

Not even close to what we expected. Location is ok. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and bars. The condo itself is poorly managed and cleaned. Light bulbs in the bathrooms were out. The kicker was seeing food and dirt under the furniture. Fish crackers and life savors. Also puzzle pieces on the floor. To top it off we saw a cockroach crawl out from underneath the wall. It was a place to lay our heads at night but that was about it. Not even close to being worth what we paid.

Thanks for your comments. We did not ever hear anything from this guest, though we did do our best and get them their check in info at noon! If there is any issue, and the cleaning crews are pushed to the max in this environment to get guests in early, we would instantly send them back if ever an issue. We do the best we can and always assist if any issue, but we heard of no issue at all. The beach is directly across the street and the unit is exactly as advertised and completely full for the year. We regret that everything isn't brand new, but its exactly as advertised and photo'd. We hope you visit our beaches again, but we'd discount this review for those reading it. This is an ecomony unit, and worth every penny.

We loved our stay! It was a very calm environment. The kiddy pool was awesome for my 2 year old. It is a little drive to fall the shops, I will for sure stay there again.
