NEW premium Polywood Deck furniture too with cushioned lounger!

The living room has a recently replaced sectional sleeper sofa to sit back and relax after an adventure-filled day. Open the sliding glass door to your private balcony. Enjoy optimal beach front views from the comfort of the mid-height patio chairs.

This vacation home has many upgrades! 3 SMART TVs, for Netflix, HULU or other services using your own account!! All 3 bathroom showers have been remodeled, the master and hallway showers are tiled from floor to ceiling, the third bathroom has a new tub with tiled enclosure. Newly installed tile, baseboard, and furnishings throughout! Wall outlets added in the bedrooms for multi-device and USB-charging.

Truly feel at your home away from home with all the modern enhancements in this 3rd floor, 3BR/3BA gulf front condo. Panoramic views of sugar white beach and sparkling gulf water from your large corner, covered balcony!

Includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and quality appliances. More amenities include recently replaced FULL SIZE Washer & Dryer, 4 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD, icemaker, full kitchen with all appliances. 40" Flat Screen TV in Living Room (SMART).

The new boardwalk at Tropical Winds was completed along with new pool deck resurfacing too (Mar'2024) !!

The beachfront location was perfect. Unfortunately, the front door looked like a utility closet upon entry...very dirty. The household items such as the iron/ironing board, kitchen utensils, pots and pans need to be replaced/updated. Please see pictures attached. Thanks.

A great deal for such an amazing location!

Everything was great! The location was great. One of the showers wouldn’t drain, but the two other bathrooms were perfect! It was a beautiful week! The kitchen was stocked with so much, it was fantastic.

Excellent location. Property was a little more "worn" than the pictures indicated, and the WiFi was terrible, but access to the beach and other locations was wonderful. Overall I give it a 5 star rating.

This condo was perfect for us. Roomy, clean, and very well decorated. The only downfall was there wasn’t enough towels. We had to wash a load every day. But other than that it was perfect. Especially thanks for the cleanliness.

Nice condo with lots of updates for our girls getaway

The condo was very nice. Loved the decor and updates. Short walk to the shore and plenty of beach room to spread out. The only problem with unit (& really not a problem) was the back bedroom close to entry door was hotter than any other room. All other rooms were nice and cool even set at 72. Would definitely consider staying in this unit again and we are very seasoned beach goers.

Great overall experience

Overall we had a great experience!! Our stay started with easy plenty of room parking . Luggage carts to haul everything to your room . Our condo was clean , plenty of room , comfy beds , great balcony. Had plenty of seats inside for the entire family to have meals ect .. AC worked great . Pool was nice , warm and never busy !!! Short walk to the beach . Only cons we had was the stove / oven didn’t heat that well and wifi really didn’t work at all . Both of which didn’t affect our trip whatsoever . Would definitely stay again .

Beach stay review

Loved how convenient it was from room to beach, no waits for elevator, a lot of room on the beach, and it was a small intimate building. Also loved the third bedroom with the extra bunk beds. A few cosmetic issues, but nothing that impeded our stay and owner was quick to respond. My only personal disappointment was I couldn’t see the sunrise good from the balcony. This has nothing to do with condo, but hated they blocked the road off 2 days before shrimp fest. This was super inconvenient! We had a great time! We would definitely come back! Thank you!!

This condo is beautiful. The views are amazing. It is a short walk to the beach. We love staying at Tropical Winds. It is our favorite place to stay. We can’t wait to book our next beach trip!!!

Great Beach location

We had a great time! The location to the beach and on the beach was wonderful. The pictures in the listing didn’t show some of the “wear” on the condo but it suited us just fine. We weren’t in there much. Would have been nice to know there was a full coffee maker.

This property has a great location. Right on the beach and overall building is kept in good shape. Our unit was nicely furnished with everything you need but could stand a good deep cleaning. Inside cabinets were dirty, floors not very clean.

Wonderful family layout

The layout of the condo was perfect for two families with kids. It was nice that there was a short walk to the pool and beach. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. You can tell the condo has been well loved as there is some where in tear. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness. The condo is in need of a deep clean. We had to contact the property management company about the cleaning issue. The pull out sofa was unusable because of the lack of cleaning. I appreciated them sending out someone to clean but they made me feel as if I was being unreasonable with my concerns. I sent them photos and video to show the issues at hand. We love the area- been visiting the beach since the 80’s.

Great but short beach currently

Property was clean and neat. We intentionally stayed at a smaller resort to avoid the crowded elevators, resort,etc and it never felt crowded. Check in process definitely needs to be electronic instead of wasting time driving to another location to only receive everything that could have been emailed. Beach was very small currently due to recent storm and there were reports of beach expansions but that will take quite a bit of time. Kids lived the pool when not on the beach. Very well kept by staff at condo! Great location except a tad close to a Hugh rise condo that empty’s onto the beach two condos away. Overall a great place, might be awhile if return until beach is a bit wider.
