(PLEASE NOTE: if this property is booked then we have another one on the same street, ocean block - just as clean and brand new - ANGELFISH, unit 209)

We designed the unit with a more discerning vacationer in mind - for travelers who appreciate nicer things and will in return take care of our property. Really, we hope to rent to couples who want to get away. If you have a child that is younger that would be fine as well, but if you have a family with two kids or more this property is not suited for you.

On the 6th floor of a 7 floor building. There is an elevator. Guest supplies king size sheets and towels. Washer/Dryer in the unit for your convenience. Central AC. There is a pool! There is a DEDICATED parking spot with 602 painted on it. Outdoor locker also marked 602 available - empty for you to store your beach chairs/umbrella etc.
Unit has incredible views of both the bay and the ocean. Bedroom looks onto bay and the rest of the unit is direct oceanfront. Modern renovation completed 2018. Everything in the unit, including light switches, are brand new. It sleeps 4 comfortably. Brand new king size Leesa bed in master and queen foldout sofa in the living room.
Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and is in North OC on an awesome wide non-crowded beach.

Quiet stay in OC

We had a great time taking our infant on his first vacation. The condo had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The building and neighborhood were quiet with plenty to do nearby. Great communication with the owners. Hopefully we will be back someday!

A Wonderful Place to Get Away and Relax

From the first time we saw the listing on VRBO, it was a top option. Beachfront in North Ocean City, with a reserved parking spot and elevator access--great building and location. And then the upgrades to the interior are beautiful, a calm ocean palette with modern finishes; comfy bed with bath access from bedroom and hall; large balcony with table and chairs plus other occasional chairs.

Clean, Comfortable with a Fantastic Ocean View

Had a wonderful vacation here. My wife and I picked this place because of the fantastic ocean view and access to the beach, but it delivered much more. This place was super clean and nicely decorated. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the sofa and chairs. Oh, and communication with owners was great. The only downside...is that we had to leave! We will definitely plan to come again.

A quiet and relaxing week!

This was our first VRBO rental and everything went great! Andrew did a great job at communicating the entry process. The condo is beautiful and was very clean. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony is picturesque! We hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here. Andrew was so nice and very accommodating. He also responded right away to any questions that we had. The condo is exactly like the pics and spotless. Bed was very comfortable as well. Beautiful oceanfront views. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Ocean City weekend

The condo was clean and comfortable. The description is accurate. The building is well maintained. We stayed off season so there was no waiting at restaurants. It was the perfect weekend for my wife and I to spend a quiet anniversary. We would stay at the condo again on season, it is a great location and the right size for a couple.

Great Vacation!

The condo was very nice and the view of the ocean/beach was perfect. Would recommend getting cable TV for future but we were fine without it as we used Smart TV applications. Would stay again and highly recommend. Andrew was great at communication and available if needed.

Great Location and Condo

We spent the weekend in OC for a concert festival and the location was perfect for what we needed. Andrew was very helpful with directions and instructions to checking in. The updates to the condo were great and view from the balcony was awesome! Weather did not cooperate as much as we liked, but will definitely be back and hoping Andrew's condo will be available for us to choose from. thanks again!

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. Initial access was easy and the place was spotless upon entry. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The small vacuum allows guests to keep up with the inevitable sand that comes inside from the beach. Mattress is comfortable. Andrew is very responsive to any needs we may have. We did miss having cable tv but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. 👍👍👍

Almost a Perfect 10!!!

This is a wonderful condo!!!! Everything is new! The decor and layout is great! truly appreciated the "extras" ... like having coffee pods available to start our stay! The host was readily available/responsive throughout our stay. So to have made this a perfect 10 for us, we would have liked to have had cable access. This may be due our age....otherwise it was a fantastic place!!!!

Met our needs

Unit was very nice. Great location. Clean. I would recommend to owner to invest in an antenna. They are cheap and guests could at least watch the local channels. We don’t have cable, never have, but we get over 40 channels with our antenna. Also, some outlets don’t work. One has tape over it. We would stay here again.

Sorry to say steaming just go so far. Like to watch reg tv every once in a while. Also your ac is too loud at night also the bedroom gets too warm we slept every night with no covers.. besides that location was great, this usnt the first time we stayed at sails 2 and sails 1, first time we had a 1 bedroom. Apt style and all the essentials were what you need. Thank you for having us.

Ocean view

The location is great. Not crowded on beach and great balcony looking at ocean. Foxes in dunes below- so entertaining. Owner got rid of cable so there was only Netflix. Didn’t like that. Only supply for us was one roll of toilet paper and a partial roll of paper towels. Also no hair dryer. Felt a bit misled. Not many cooking pots / pans/ accessories/ sharp knives… was a good place if you didn’t want to stay home to eat. Dishwasher leaked all over floor when we tried to use it so no dishwasher. I prefer a place that is “beachier” in decor, and more well-stocked. But we still had a great week on the balcony and beach!

Originally from Budapest and Montgomery County, Md.
We own two properties in OCMD.
I am an avid surfer and cycler and have published novels. My wife was responsible for the decoration and renovation of the property. She is an avid gardener and interior decorating is her hobby and love.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the coolest buildings in OCMD. Just 10 streets from Fenwick and the beach down below is wide and not crowded. You can look either way from the balcony and see for miles. The balcony of the unit is deep and wide and you can spend the whole day there checking out the waves and animal life, like eagles, foxes and dolphins. It is a small quality building where you will feel at home!
