If you like dark rooms, bland colors, and bad views this isn’t the condo for you. It was remodeled in 2022 and is owner occupied several weeks a year. That’s how we know you are going to love it!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club # 604, located on the 6th floor has some of the best Gulf and Beach views on the Emerald Coast.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with a King size bed in the Master bedroom, a king size bed in the guest room and a comfortable, roomy, L shaped, sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom features a large 50” TV, en-suite bathroom, roomy closet, and a door that leads to your own private balcony. The master also has an amazing view of the water from the bedroom window. The guest bedroom features a flat screen TV, roomy closet, and access to the guest bathroom. The unit has luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. The 65” TV in the living room make it easy to watch your favorite team or binge watch your favorite shows. The updated kitchen has a large breakfast bar with seating and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked for the chefs in the family. The large table in the kitchen features a bench on one side and chairs on the other making it a great area to enjoy a meal, play a game or gather with friends and family. Many months of the year you can see the sunrise off the balcony and enjoy the early morning sun coming on to the patio. We hope you will grab your coffee or your cocktail and enjoy the breath-taking view of the Gulf of Mexico as much as we do.

Excellent Location/Great Condo

Condo has all you need, and the beach is just steps away from the lobby. Not overcrowded and the front office staff was excellent at check-in. Recommend Room 604 to anyone looking for a place to stay in Destin!

We opened the slider for fresh air to get a breeze afterwards and got a text saying the slider was open “for an extended period of time” and to close it. Our air conditioning was off, so not sure what the issue is. Also felt very weird that they knew. We are high up and not an easy view of the slider. Is someone watching? Are there cameras? Felt odd and was frustrating to not enjoy the fresh air in the condo. Other than that the experience was good!

Worst Room We’ve ever had anywhere

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There we too many issues to list, but the room was a disaster. The popcorn ceiling is falling from several areas. The furniture is decades old, stained...we had to put sheets over the couches to sit down. The management assured me the room (604) would be fixed up. I sure hope so.

Wonderful location

This location was perfect for us. It’s not fancy but is perfect for families. Minor handyman things could use some attention but I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pictures online did not do the condo justice.

Overall super pleased and happy with our stay.

Nice balcony view

We had a great time, however there were a couple of things about the unit. One of the comforters in the second bedroom had some sort of green food? Maybe it was food? Not sure stain. Letting us know it had not been cleaned before we arrived and so made us aware that maybe the others had also not been cleaned. Also the bed in the master was extremely uncomfortable, definitely an older bed. The decor and paint on walls was very outdated and basic, but with the price we expected it to be less updated. Also upon arrival the condo has a urine smell that either dissipate After time or we just became nose blind to. Overall we had a great time because we were at the beach but unless those things get updated we won’t be staying in the same unit next time.

The property is very clean, the beach is beautiful and we love that it's on the quiet Holiday Isle. All of the staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our condo had a beautiful view and we loved sitting on our balcony. The only downfall was this condo could use updated living room furniture, it was very worn and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could think of (even though we purchased a sharp knife and a non-stick frying pan to use while there). We are booked for 2 months next year already.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is sunrise facing with nice morning sun on the balcony. Everything was clean and functioning in the unit. However, this unit is in need of a serious makeover. The silk flower arrangements need to go, it needs fresh paint, color and an overall update from the 80's. Our friends were staying in a unit that had been completely remodeled and it was like they were in a 5 star resort with the same floor plan! We booked late, so not much choice was left, but all units seemed to be priced the same, so if you can, pick one with some updates. The property was very nice and convenient to shopping, dinner, etc.
