We came to this beautiful property for spring break and we enjoyed our stay here. My Mother can't walk much so she enjoyed the beach view from balcony and Elevator was helpful for her. I would definitely recommend this property for stay.

Amazing location for a relaxing family trip

Our stay was great the location was perfect and the beach pristine. The condo was really homey and The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the pool was under maintenance a few days of the stay which the kids didn’t like. Besides that the staff was great at fixing our issues and communicating any updates.

Overall our stay was great! We love staying at Breakers East while we visit Destin. It's a great condo that's right on the beach and usually not too crowded in the fall. The cleanliness of our condo was great. The only thing that we found could be better was the quality of main bed mattress and pillows. They're pretty worn down and could be replaced. This was the only reason I left 4 stars. Other than that, it's a wonderful condo!

Gorgeous Unobstructed Views.

This condo is nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The upscale beachy vibe compliments the location. The best things about this property are the unobstructed views of the water and easy access to a private beach. The kitchen is well -appointed and easy to cook in. We loved it and look forward to staying here again!

We liked it! Well appointed, nice decor. The condo had all we needed, views of the ocean are RIGHT THERE! The private beach is perfect, chairs are 'pay to use' on the sand. Pool was heated and parking was easy. Only bummer was you can't watch the sun 'set' as it disappears past buildings. Tons to do as a Family on the strip. Overall, very nice...

Needs Tender Touch

The kitchen, dining are and floors were updated and clean. The living room furniture was dingy, stained and needed deep cleaning or replacement. The walls and floor boards needed cleaning and or paint due to fingerprint and makeup stains or chipped paint. The washing machine was rusted and the laundry room had a mildew smell. The wooden doors had chipped wood and also needed paint. The property management's communication, follow up and follow through for resolution was horrible. We refused to stay in this property and they refused to get us another property or return our money. We had to handle the issue with our credit card company. The property would be great if and when the TLC items mentioned are resolved. However, the property management company was horrible and needs better customer service regarding these type of issues.

The condo was amazing. Very updated and spacious. Loads of windows for a beautiful Gulf view. The leasing agent was wonderful to work with. Very prompt with amassing inquiries. The kitchen was huge with an enormous counter for prep. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.
