✔️ First 2 miles: Easy drive (~25 mph)
✔️ Last 3 miles: Slower, rocky and bumpy roads
✔️ Small creek crossings (usually under 4 inches deep)
✔️ 12% uphill grades climbing the summit

We provide a starter set of essentials to help you settle in:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• Trash bags
• Hand soap at each sink
• 10 oz. Dawn dish soap
• 1 dishwashing washable cloth (no sponges)
• 2 dish towels + 2 bar mop towels
• 1 bath towel + 1 washcloth per guest
• 2–3 hand towels depending on stay length
• Laundry detergent (if washer/dryer is available)

Due to fire marshal regulations and off-grid energy limitations, occupancy is strictly enforced.

✔️ Living Area: Full-size futon (2nd story)

🐾 Pet Policy
✔️ Up to 2 dogs allowed (no cats)
✔️ $150 pet fee per stay
✔️ Dogs must be crated if left unattended
✔️ No pets allowed on furniture or beds
✔️ Excessive pet hair or undeclared pets will result in extra cleaning charges

📝 House Rules
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Max occupancy: 5 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Septic system in use—flush toilet paper only (no wipes or feminine products)
• Fire pit and grill may not be used during local burn bans
