DETAILS: The "Beach House on the Moon" at 91 Shirah Street is the ultimate luxury rental. On the first floor is a guest bedroom, which features a king bed and a private bathroom. A bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a shared bathroom with a shower-tub combo is on the first floor as well. A wet bar with a wine refrigerator, a flat-screen television and nearby pool table make this space a great area to gather indoors. A set of transom sliding glass doors leads to the impressive outdoor space, which boasts a large outdoor kitchen in the covered porch. This area features bar seating, a large flat-screen TV, gas grill, and a comfortable outdoor living room. The beautiful pool area is one of the gems of this home. Guests won't have to go far for a refill, as this outdoor retreat features a covered swim-up bar.

On the second level are the main living space and 2 additional guest bedrooms. Natural light pours in the gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped for large groups and an extra-large dining room table with seating for 18, nearby breakfast nook, and additional seating at the kitchen island.
