This home was designed to maximize functionality and finely appointed with chic contemporary finishes while affording optimal comfort & living space. Notable features include multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, private commercial grade elevator, dual master suites with gulf views, built-in pinterest style bunk beds, as well as indoor and outdoor surround sound system. The first floor layout boasts dual bunk rooms, a large bedroom with ensuite bath as well as an industrial style game room complete with a pool table & built in wet bar including a full size Sub-Zero fridge. The second floor is the focal point of indoor living space with a spacious living room featuring pecky cypress ceilings, floor to ceiling windows to soak in the beautiful gulf views, gas fireplace, built-in entertainment center and open to the massive dining area overlooking the rear amenities. The ample sized kitchen features floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, paneled Sub-Zero appliances and Wolf professional series gas range, walk-in pantry and large center island with gorgeous shell infused custom countertops. The second floor also features two full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & half bath as well as access to the second story outdoor dining area overlooking the lagoon style pool. The third floor features three full bedrooms including dual master suites with wrap around porches, laundry area as well as a fourth story viewing deck to maximize the incredible gulf and lake views that surround this prestigious home. A Shore Thing Anniversary Party

Our stay included 11 adults & 6 children ages 7-12. From parking to the wonderful pool to the great kitchen to the bedrooms & bathrooms to the recreation room with pool table to the golf cart & bicycles, the outdoor kitchen with ice maker & the spacious balconies, everyone loved the house & management very receptive when called.

Amazing for large families

The house was huge and meticulously maintained. Every detail was thought out and we felt right at home the minute we stepped inside. We had an issue with the 3rd floor AC not working but maintenance was there within the hour to remedy it. Talk about service! We are already planning our next stay here.

Beautiful home and great location

The home was very spacious and had plenty of space for our 3 families that includes 10 children. Heated pool and outdoor space was one of the best parts of the home. Location is very close to beach and golf cart access was a plus. Communication with property manager and any questions or issues was dealt with immediately. Highly recommend.

We stayed at A Shore Thing, and had 15 people ranging from 14 to 75 years. This house was perfect for us! Everyone had space to breathe & the pool was amazing! We had minor maintenance issues, which were addressed promptly with immediate updates. Checkout was no hassle at all. Comfy beds, wonderful kitchen, nice pool table. This was a wonderful place.

We rented 53 and 55 Sunfish. Our group had a great time and the set up was perfect. We had a couple small issues come up during our stay but I have to say that the concierge response was almost immediate. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend these house to large groups. Everything in the houses from beds, pillows, furniture and even kitchenware made you feel comfortable like at home. Absolutely great!

Huge house for multiple families

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Beach area for the house is not crowded at all. The 2 golf carts were a plus. The outside pool area was big and accommodated 17 of us! Sliding glass door leading to the pool is still not repaired which makes the powder room off the pool not useable since that is the only exit/entry to the house from the pool. Very receptive to any issues we called about.

Holiday Haven

My extended family from all over gathered in Destin for the winter holidays at this massive property. It was a perfect location to host us all, give us the space we needed to be together and the privacy of our own quarters, too. We loved the location, the convenience of the bikes and golf carts to explore, and the heated pool. The immense kitchen was perfect for many helping hands and there are plenty of cookware and serving utensils to delight any group looking to serve a large family. The house needs a deep cleaning after each stay because we did endure one too many beach friendly Palmetto roaches on the second and first floors. I’d hope to return one day and do recommend it.

We had an amazing stay, regardless of Red Tide and Hurricane scare. But gotta give all my applause to Amber Ingram she went above and beyond after hours to get us the UFC fights the first night we were here. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were safe thru Hurricane Michael and after. We will definitely be booking all our stays Thru 360 Blue. A wonderful group of people. This house is more than we could have ever asked for truly an adventure for all of our kids and grandkids. Thank you all again.

GREAT STAY, BUT !!!

We had a great stay because of space,However when entering the property the first thing you see is a pool table in much need of repairs,you can’t see this in the pics,Some plumbing issues as well,the elevator stalled a couple of times,But when giving them a text they sent someone out immediately,What a very nice guy, I also DON’T like that you spend so much money but can’t physically speak anyone personally, I left something behind and tried to make contact but to no avail,Now that they got the funds no response.

This house provided the perfect vacation getaway for my group of 24 with 13 adults and 11 kids. We had a blast and there was something for everybody to do. The bikes that came with the house were always something the older kids enjoyed. Although, the bikes are adult bikes so you’d have to be at least 5’1 to ride them. There are so many local attractions and fun things to do like the go kart track, and Big Kahunas Waterpark. Any minor things that were not fully functioning, like a lock on the door, were almost immediately fixed by 360 Blue, all we had to do was call. Overall, our group had a blast and we are definitely looking to come back to this area for our next vacation. Destin gave us the best vacation experience we’ve had.☺️

October 2017 Fall Break

We had an excellent Fall Break with 6 families - 12 adults and 15 kids ages 1-8. The house is gorgeous! It was the perfect size and space to fit our group. The kids loved the 2 bunk rooms with their own TVs built into the beds. We all had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the golf cart was a great way to load up all the beach gear needed for so many kiddos. We would have liked to have a had broom and mop in the kitchen and a higher suction vaccum to help clean up food crumbs and sand each day. There was maintenance in the oven and landscaping and pool cleaning while we were staying. It would have also been nice to have received notice someone would be in the house and pool area ahead of time. Our stay was fantastic and we are already looking forward to doing it again!

This home is beautiful and is a great house for a big group! Everyone can spread out in the indoor living spaces as well as the outdoor spaces.Short walk to the beach. The pool and spa are amazing but the heater controls either are not user friendly or were not operating correctly .We had a few issues when we arrived, but 360 Blue's staff were very responsive to our concerns. The bikes are in need of routine maintenance(wobbly seats, chains falling off) but the grand kids still enjoyed them, I agree with an earlier review that it does need a deep cleaning, and I know a lot of people stay here but I felt like I wanted to clean the hard surfaces counters and floors when I arrived.The amenity's that come with the home is such a nice touch. Overall my family had an wonderful time and would definitely love to stay here again!

My group of 15 had an amazing time at A Shore Thing! The house was huge and accommodating to everyone in our party. The pool could not of been better and the short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The golf cart came in handy for quick trips through the neighborhood and the bikes were enjoyed by a few in our group. A few tips: bring house shoes since the floors get sandy (not the houses fault) we vacuumed almost daily! A few more pots and pans would have been nice, but again it wasn’t a huge deal! We really enjoyed the privacy in this home. The owners/renters truly let you enjoy your time to your selves! The first day was the only time we saw maintenance come out to fix our garage! We also LOVED the sound system, so fun! A little info on how to set it up would of been helpful but a quick phone call to 360 and we were all set! Thanks again for the best stay! We will be back!!!
