Great exceptionally well equipped and perfectly clean unit, exactly as described and pictured. This is an absolute gem in a beachfront well maintained private & quiet condo property with only about 40 units. It’s surrounded by beautiful grounds with a perfect pool & pool bar, and just steps from the white sands of exquisite Grace Bay. Terrific service and daily housekeeping included. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it because it’s a secret idyllic location surrounded by larger more industrial type resorts.

We had a great stay at Villa 504. Anna was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay. The unit was exactly as shown in the listing-clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with shops and many great restaurants within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a well-located and well kept property.

Top notch accommodations!! Loved the well appointed kitchen, generous beach accessories, cleanliness, and overall convenience and lack of crowds. Wonderful beach and pool, and super well-located, just steps from all the necessities. The host went above and beyond to communicate with us to make us feel at home and provide great recommendations. Can’t wait to go back !!

Amazing stay on 1st TCI trip!

Amazing stay in this condo. Very clean and appointed with everything you need to have a great stay. Quiet, relaxing property. The pool was big and always a chair open. Short walk down a beautiful path to the beach and quick walk into town for essentials. Would absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing property for a vacation! The condo is on an incredible beach. The location is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the local grocery. Overall, the condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Anna’s place was very spacious and had all the basic amenities. I was impressed with her quick communication and help when anything went wrong. The grounds are well-maintained and the resort staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Such a beautiful place!

Location was perfect. Condo had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. No need for a car or taxi to get to restaurants and grocery store. The staff at Villa Renaissance was very friendly and helpful. They organized a boat charter that picked us up right at the beach! Awesome trip, we were sorry to leave!

A week in paradise!

This was our second time at Villa Renaissance - once again, a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly, the property is beautifully maintained, the beachfront is gorgeous and active but not crowded and the unit was just as described. I highly recommend this property/unit. Will most certainly be returning!

Vacation March 2024

Perfect stay & location. Highly recommend this place. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, very well stocked & very clean. We are a family of four (2 teenage boys) & there was plenty of room for us all. I would book here again. Car is not necessary - you’re in walking distance to great restaurants & the grocery store.

Best place to stay in Providenciales!

We loved this 1 BR condo - it was a newly updated condo, very clean, nicely decorated. Had a lovely kitchen and stackable washer/dryer plus a beautiful walk in shower. We 100% would stay here again if we return to Providenciales. The location is great too for walking into town (right outside the front door) and walking to other resorts along Grace Bay. Wonderful Post-COVID Getaway

My husband, son and I enjoyed an 11 night stay at this beautiful property, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We have stayed in many units at Villa Renaissance over the past 10 years, and this unit was everything we could wish for. From the cleanliness, to overall condition of the furniture, to the Peloton bike and Sonos speaker, it was everything we could have hoped for and more!

Nice property in perfect location

First time in Turks and Caicos and I wasn't sure where to stay. I chose Villa Renaissance by the location and reviews and it didn't disappoint. The only thing that I would add for the renters knowledge is, even though your right in town, I recommend renting a car and seeing the island. Will be back.

Thanks, Mike, for your review. We usually rent a car when we are there as we like to get out to some other locations on the island, like da Conch Shack, Bugaloos and Taylor Bay. Overall, renting a car is more affordable than taking taxis everywhere. That said, some people just like to stay around the resort and relax on Grace Bay Beach the whole time! Come back and see us again!

The best!

This rental was fabulous. Can't beat the location. Walk out the front of the property and you're in town with the restaurants and grocery store. Walk out the back and you're on the beach. Always a lounge chair available. Staff really nice. Anna very communicative. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Amazing. Can't wait to go. back.

Stop looking! You’ve found your perfect place to stay in Grace Bay.

Beautiful place to stay and Grace Bay at a reasonable price. Everything you need is there and if it isn’t they’ll get it for you, such as a CanOpener. It arrived in minutes after I requested one. The bed is comfortable the air conditioning is good the pool is wonderful and it’s right on the beach. The owner is very attentive and communicative. I highly recommend staying here in 504. You won’t be disappointed
