Come enjoy a peaceful and private getaway located in the back hills of Richford, NY - 30 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 40 from Binghamton. This quaint 2 story, 2 bed, 1 bath home is on 10 acres of it's own woods and trails and also overlooks 1180 acres of state forest. A short driveway inclines slightly to a level parking area. The cozy and relaxing front porch is stunning. However, please note the steep bank off the porch, making this cottage unsuitable for young children.

The absolute BEST romantic winter getaway. My partner our doggo and myself enjoyed our New Years here and could not have asked for anything better. Only 20 mins from all the best Ithaca has to offer, fully stocked with adorable and super helpful amenities and supplies, a cozy fireplace, and total quiet serenity. The perfect choice for when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life! We will certainly be booking again when the weather warms up!
